Me and my girl rented a room we had a dog in a room for 2 days we paid the pets before the dog for the 2 days then decided that we wasn't going to stay for the remaining time that we have rented the room for My daughter had washable markers and wrote on one of the sheets on the bed The hotel decided to send her back her deposit for the room and then came up with fees and rules after we checked out that they charged us for that added up to the remaining time that we had left to stay in the room but we checked out early on top of charging us for checking out two days early The owner refuses to give us back our money says that the room was messed up and charged us over $50 for one sheet set. The owner of just establishment has a very bad attitude problem and has employees who do not know how to work their establishment I asked one of the employees for a copy of their rules and policies and he told me that I had to talk to the owner or the manager and he couldn't print it out or show me this is not a good place for you to take you and your family I would never go there again. The room was booked online and the dog was put on there so that wouldn't have been any problem with having a doll because of the pet policy that you guys have on top of it a request for your policies and rules from your attendant at the front desk who did not know your rules or regulations or couldn't print out a policy or your rules and the deposit was not a snatched we were overcharged for miscellaneous fees that you guys could never prove or show why you charge so much for just a bed lending sheets on top of the fact that and you guys never acknowledge that the room that you gave us was not meant for pets even though online it was booked for a pet and you guys knew that and you charged us for the 2 days that the pet was there and still never acknowledge that the room was not for pets so in actuality you overcharged us because we left early and your owner had an incident with my fiance about the kids being in the pool saying that they took the towels when the people that were in the pool took the towels before they got in there. At this point we will be contacting the better Business bureau and contacted our lawyer for you guys to refund us all of our money back because you guys do not know how to handle business and your unfit to be owners of an establishment that deals...

NO CABLE TV DOESNT WORK AWFUL WIRELESS WI-FI can’t even Roku Never offered clean sheets towels etc. Getting towels is an act of congress. Delivered package was “missing or never arrived” until I went to file a police report. Outlets in room 233 are more loose than the crackheads that linger outside. Fridge doesn’t cool as it should in 233 bring cooler. Pool is extremely shallow. Breakfast is the bare minimum BE CAREFUL OF SOAKED FLOOR ELEVATOR Check In it was 11pm front desk representative seemed annoyed. The room I’m given originally was 133 it smelt of animal urine so strong I didn’t even set my bags down before the kids and I were back at the front desk asking to be moved. Oddly enough we’re moved upstairs to 233.Hallway smells of mildew and marijuana. I’m assuming from wet trafficking from pool area smoking rooms and wet weather. We make it to our room the positive is mostly it’s quiet. This room 233 is clean no urine odor. When stay longer than a night I like to set out my dirty laundry or trash for it to be replaced HUGE MISTAKE HERE. You won’t get your sheets, pillowcases, or towels, or wash clothes back. When my daughter asked by going to the front desk she was given two and told don’t come back anymore. Given she’s 10 I call to confirm communication barrier maybe but he agreed with her relaid message. At this point we’re trying to ration showers with dishes on our towel usage 😣 This is becoming annoying and stressful as I’m working 10 hour days with my 15 & 10 year old in the room they can’t even be comfortable. While washing dishes phone gets damaged order a replacement and when it arrives it’s documented it was delivered by UPS to the front desk. Again being rude to my kids asking for the package. They come back I send my phone to show you have it. He again claims no. The insurance who mailed me the phone said if it’s missing file a police report or I’d have to pay the deductible again. Surprise the package shows up and is brought to my room. Read moreGranted, I showed up late and without a reservation, but there was plenty of room in the parking lot so it seemed likely there would be more than a couple of rooms left. I checked in, walked down to my room, and let myself in. While there was nobody there, it was apparent that someone was still checked in. There was a suitcase of some kind, the bed was unmade and the room pretty filthy. Went back to the front desk, told the clerk, he apologized and assigned me to another room. This was an improvement. No one living there. On the other hand, it hadn't been cleaned from the last occupant. Bed unmade, towels and trash on the floors, etc. Back to the front desk. Apologetic clerk. Offered to reduce my rate for the night and said he would go down and check out the next room himself before sending me down. He comes back and gives it a clean bill of health. I go down, and yes, it's better looking. Until I look in the bathroom. There's no toilet seat! It's broken off and thrown under the sink. Back to the front desk. "Listen, I'm usually not a complainer..." More apologies. An even bigger discount on a room. It's really late and I don't feel like trying to find another motel. Off he goes to check another room. He comes back. This room is fine, he says. It's clean, has a toilet seat. The only thing is, there's a stain on the bedspread at the foot of the bed, but no big deal. I go down to the room, and it passes my quick inspection. I turn up the heat on this chilly night and settle in to watch some TV. Twenty minutes later, I realize the room is no warmer. I check the heating unit and it's blowing cold air. That's it, I'm done! Based on this experience and the clerk's reaction when I told him I was leaving, I have the sense that my experience was not particularly unusual. This place is a hell hole. Don't stay here!
