I had a wonderful time after I was skipped on the wait list line. I was next on the list and the next stylist skipped me and took the next person, a male that just wanted a cut. I am female and wanted my hair washed before i got a haircut. This has happened before. It appears some stylists don't want to take customers that "take longer" so they can make more money by taking care of 2 or more customers in the same time period. The list is public and it was a little embarrassing when my name was at the top of the wait list and the next available stylist skipped me and took John instead. *Marley, a wonderful stylist with a great work ethic, took me, washed my hair, massaged my head, did a great haircut, then dried and styled my hair. I even got the hot towel. I gave her more than a 20% tip and I will return to see her again. It might be time to review the proper procedures for the wait list. P.S. "John" came in the shop after me. He was not a planned appointment. He filled out the same form I did after I...
Read moreThe lady I had (Caucasian lady with short black curled hair and tattoos) was very unprofessional and made several comments about how long it had looked like it had been since my last haircut. She also proceeded to talk TO ME about a previous client earlier in the day that had yelled at her and stormed out after getting a haircut from her- should've been a warning to me, because she cut almost 4 extra inches of hair off from what I wanted. It was so bad I was considering just asking her to shave it all off. The shortest my hair has EVER been and it seems like she didn't listen to anything I requested prior to the haircut- just seemed like she was doing whatever she wanted to do. Also, when I got home, I found there to be long hairs by my ears that she had fully missed and a cut above my right ear that had dried blood over it. I wish I had gotten her name so I could warn anyone else that's planning to visit this place to avoid her....
Read moreHorrible customer service. The stylist called me for my haircut. And after I asked her to check a note on my account that describes how I like my haircut, she told me to go wait in the waiting room, which I did. Then, after a couple minutes, another stylist called me to cut my hair, so I asked her what seems to me the problem then the first stylist told me âI prefer she cuts your hair because your being difficult and sassyâ. When I told her that she called me difficult and sassy because I asked her to check a note, she started arguing more. I cut it short and left the place without a haircut because I donât want to cause a scene; the other stylists were watching without saying a word. Very unpleasant experience. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone, I wish I can...
