Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Champaign

Very disappointed! I went to Lil Caesar because I was in a hurry and going across town to meet others. I ordered 2 Italian cheese breads. After arriving I realized that I had been given one cheese bread and one sausage. So I called. I was informed that I would have to drive back across town with the error pizza and then they would give me the correct one. Basically, I needed to make an hour round trip to correct their mistake made "because they were new people" (so said the dude who answered the phone). I've never been asked to do that on a take out order error before! So much for customer service! Never going there again - the dude wasn't concerned at all. Just blamed it on new staff. Word to the wise: Check Your Pizza Before You Leave - because even they don't think their staff...

I have only ever gotten one bad pizza from the store in over 10 years of patronage, and the pizza wasnt even bad, the topping and cheese just didnt make it out the the edges as far as it should have. Hot and ready pizzas are nice, but you can call ahead and have them make a different kind of pizza for you. They have a lot more toppings than you would think with them only really promoting two different single topping pizzas.

Also, their crazy bread with jalapeño cheddar sauce is amazing. The only downside to this location is their sauces are 2 for $1.25, where all the other stores I have been to are...

Worst hot and ready I have ever had. It was over baked and tastes like it was in the warmer all day. It was so bad we ended up throwing it out.

Gave them a second try and can say this is the last time I will ever go to this location. Waited 25 minutes for a hot and ready and crazy bread. Had to ask for my food to finally get it. Person in front of me left after over 20 minutes without her full order because they never put crazy bread in for her. At least it’s not over cooked this time. It’s worth the drive to go to a...
