You forgot the 2 frozen items I bought in the back. Not clear how to contact you. I'll just talk to a face next time I'm there. Thanks. Update: You gave me a hard time today when I picked up $4.18 worth of product you forgot to give me from my online order 8 days ago. Maybe work out a system that works, in the mean time, don't tell your customers to spend their precious time driving back to your store (which by the way isn't in my city). Pro tips they don't tell you: Count to make sure they give you all the bags listed on their big stickers. After 7pm they ask you to come into the store to retrieve your order. Pray they actually grabbed everything (or check every item before you leave) because they give you zero options to contact them once you leave the store and your order is marked as "completed". Seems to me it kinda defeats the convience factor if they get it wrong. Good luck.
I am no grocery expert but why do you charge by the pound for broccoli but per unit for cauliflower? Some cauliflower crowns are twice the size of another...
Read moreI have a family member with severe disability and when I tried to help them but returning some items that they bought the previous day I was treated horribly and embarrassed as the 2 cashier's rolled their eyes and sighed and tried to run me off by first saying they wouldn't return the items and then saying "well you'll only get a gift card " and when I explained that I would just give them family member money and use the gift card for essential items later they continued to make comments to each other and scoff at me and scold me because the vegetables were cold and actually throwing a package of carrots towards me in disgust as I apologized repeatedly and tried to explain that I was simply doing the return and I didn't know how they were stored, I imagine they were cold from being put in the fridge to keep fresh though. This was my first time ever returning something to this store and it was so embarrassing I will probably...
Read moreI have frequented this Aldi for years, we spend $100+ a week here on groceries. Ever since the self checkout lanes went in, I've noticed a particular staff member being unnecessarily rude with guests. Today was my turn. I made a quick trip in to the store for tonight's dinner. I usually have my own bags on hand but i'm well aware you pay for Aldi's paper bags. The first thing at self checkout I do is scan my bags. I scanned my items placed them in my bags and went through the payment process. This one staff member sitting at the register yells, "sir did you pay for your bags?"... I replied "yes!" She then replies "it doesn't show you did on here" looking at her screen. I replied "the first two items I scanned" she took a few seconds to review them replied "ok"...
This is unacceptable to be accused of something so loudly in front of other customers, especially when you did...
