Update : ‼️ So I’m adding on to my previous review as I returned 6 months later today, or today basically. I spent another $20.00 on pizza today and atttached pics of pizza and receipt. It’s official this store need to close, deep clean, re-train, and hire entire new management. I think I might volunteer for the community as I know this chain in and out. As you can see either they donot know how to prep pizza or there cutting back on food costs while raising prices because other than the slight red coloring my 2 large pizza were all cheese and pepperoni. Dry pizza in this insane heat with zero sauce. You could still taste the yeast and with all cheese was just gross and not a true representation of Pizza Hut standards. I really am trying to support you all. Champlin, MN - ordered online in a snow storm and there was a glitch and upon arrival noticed both of my pizzas were cheese only. I looked at receipt and medium showed pepperoni yet they sent us with a cheese and than on the large my app shows large pepperoni yet she said her side shows cheese and did not care about app and wanted us to wait for not only their mess up but charge us again or double to remake large. Read moreWow! You really deserve zero stars! The manager Nichole has something shoved up her you know what! I called to let them know that they shorted me 2 marinara cups that I ordered and paid for. She got an attitude immediately. She said she could give me a credit for next time or have a driver bring them. I said I just want a refund. She said I’ll work on that and hung up. So I called back and she answered again and I asked if she was a manager. Her response “I wouldn’t be answering the phones if I weren’t” and I told her that she was rude and hung up on me. She immediately starting raising her voice and said “and I’m about to hang up on you again” and then went on to say I call and complain all the time. Yes, yes I do! Because you get my order wrong every single time. So yes, I’m gonna call and I’m going to get it corrected or get MY money back. If you don’t want me to call and get it corrected then MAKE MY ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TRY! Read moreVery unhappy with the service! I ordered chicken Alfredo and they somehow put bacon in my food! I dont eat pork for many reasons, and the manager had no remorse for what happened. They offered a ten dollar credit, or a fresh pasta. I declined because I do t trust your food safety handling skills. She then proceeds to tell me “the chicken and pork are next to each other, that’s probably how it ended up in there. The pineapples and green peppers are by each other, and sometimes pineapples get on a veggies pizza.” Bruh people are deathly allergic to pineapples you dip stick. I’m seriously pisssed!!
