I come to this store usually three times a week to work on my coursework for college. I love the environment and have never had an issue until now. On Saturday December 11th I experienced the worst employees I have EVER encountered. It was three (likely) high school age girls. They were screaming, gossiping, screeching, playing loud Tik Toks, and generally being the worst employees I have ever encountered. I work in customer service so I know the job is rough and you should be allowed to talk to coworkers and have fun. But the fact that I could hear word for word every single things they said through my earbuds was awful. They were too busy screwing around to pay attention to the counter. The may be able to perform the physical job, but they clearly lack self awareness and professionalism. I would advise whomever writes the schedule to never put the three of them together again. Especially the obnoxious girl with the backwards hat. I don't know their names but I gave the date and this took place in the evening so I'm sure it can be figured out. Not sure which one of them is a manager, but whoever it is is engaging and encouraging this social hour. Also, it didn't get any better when one of the girls left at 6 pm. Could still hear the remaining two yelling word for word in the back room. Read moreUnfortunately the service here has been going straight downhill. This morning was the last straw. Gal taking our order at the drive through seemed not to understand what we were ordering we had to repeat a number of times. There was only one car in front of us, he waited for about 8 minutes for his one drink. We then got to the window, after a few minutes the gal handed us one drink as if that was it. (We ordered 4 drinks and 4 mini donuts). We had to tell her there was more. After many minutes looking at her register with her fingers in her mouth and constantly rubbing her nose she got help from another employee. By this time I was pretty sick from seeing her fingers in her mouth playing with her lower lip. She then went to get our mini donuts. Finally the rest of the drinks slowly made their way out the window. We had to request a drink carrier. After over 10 minutes of this we were finally able to be on our way. Needless to say we tossed out the mini donut muffins. No way were we eating those spit and snot filled donut muffins. I called the store manager later and even though replacements were offered her attitude seem a bit uncaring. We did not accept the replacements. Sad to say you have lost myself and my family...
Read moreManagement leaves much to be desired. Requested a coffee less cooler to be made the original way with Almond milk, because the new version includes a milk based powder. Staff told me that they can't do that, I asked to talk to the Manager, staff walked away, then came back and said that Manager was too busy to talk to me and that they can't make the drink. I asked how a person with lactose intolerance us supposed to drink the cooler if it has a milk based powder in it. I asked them to make it without the powder and was told that the manager said they can't do that. No flexibility or custom drinks at this location. UPDATE: Decided to try this location again since it is near where a relative lives. Two years later and still the same response from the Manager, will not make the cooler without the milk powder. Called Corporate to confirm that she is as she says "Not allowed to change any of the recipes". Corporate disagreed and said she is supposed to be making drinks as they are ordered. So if we ask that no milk powder be added, she is to omit the milk powder. Also talked with the District Manager and he said he would be having a conversation with her. Guess...
