OMG! What a great place! Kailey is great! I stopped by one day as we are new in town, unsure what the open swim hours or policies were now with COVID. The kids play area was shut down and my son was really excited to go swim that day as we are from MN, land of 10,000 lakes. Kailey was very accommodating and even suggested maybe we should check out swimming lessons. I couldn't believe the pricing! $25 for 4 lessons felt like a steal and I signed up on the spot. She was even so kind to bring one of the staff out to give my son a swim test and we just showed up with no appointment or anything. She was able to even fit us in for open swim. How lucky this day was for us! There is a little whirl pool here and a mini river we played in with the current and just had a great time. With the kids play shut down, it was a great opportunity to build a stronger relationship and trust with my son taking him out in deeper water and getting him comfortable not touching the ground. It was a truly bonding experience and I will never forget this day as it is one of the best days we have had here so far in AZ. Thanks guys and thanks for making our experience so wonderful and welcoming us...
Read moreThis place is the worst place i have ever been too. Will never take my kids here again!. Very Very unfriendly lifeguards that have no sense of humor and stuck up! Don't ask them any questions because they are very rude. They had a drill today for a drowning kid. My daughter was in the pool as I was sitting out watching her. They told her to get out NOW! and go to the grass. I then went to ask one of the lifeguards if I can walk across the pool area to get her as she was alone they said NO you need to go to the food court and WAIT for the drill to be over you are not to move and she needs to stay where she is at. She is a young kid having to stay far across the pool by herself!!! Not knowing what is going on scared. After it was over she ran up to me crying because she was so scared and then told me she asked a guy lifeguard if she could go where her mom is and he also said NO stay in the grass and WAIT until this is over and do not move!!. The worst place for family or kids to be. You will get rude service and get yelled at or dirty looks for asking questions. It was out first time out there and I will NEVER EVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...
Read moreNice pool for all ages. Relax under the big umbrellas or jump into the water. We love it. They close till 8pm on weekdays. They have two water slides, two diving boards, small lazy river section, a vortex, they have a play area for the little ones, they have lap pool area, they have lockers if you need to lock in your valuables, they got nice big umbrellas and chairs.. . Fun family times. If you go on the weekends you may want to take your own chair and you may bring snacks but no pizza boxes as I did notice a family being told they are not allowed to bring those to the pool. I have only taken sandwiches, snacks, and water.
Make sure you still keep an eye out on your kids even if they know how to swim. A young girl jumped off the diving board and not sure exactly what happened but she was barely keeping herself above water and the life guard asked if she was ok and she quietly said help, life guard quickly jumped in and helped get her out of the water. No parent or family around. Awesome job by the life guard. She was so quick and efficient. She...
