I’ve been visiting this Master of Meat for some time now. I can’t fault it. I’m from Scotland, and really value the importance of having a butcher in the community. Especially in these days of supermarkets where the meat is processed in huge factories and pushed out to the consumer as quickly as possible. This butcher cares for his product, and more importantly, his customers. As you will see in the pictures below, is a New York Strip loin that I cooked. I can honestly say that it was one of the finest cuts I’ve ever eaten.

Was in town over Christmas to visit family. We stopped in and purchased 2 filets, 2 tbones, 2 porterhouse, 2 lobster tails and a few pounds of Alaskan king crab. Everything was absolutely delecious and fresh. The quality of beef was amazing and their pickled jar products were also great! Highly recommend stopping in. Wish I had this close to home! The staff was super helpful and patient even though they were very busy. Thanks for helping make our Christmas dinner awesome.

Wow!! what a game changer! My family was completely fed up with the unpredictable textures and flavors of store-bought chicken, so we decided to give Butcher Block Meats a try. And let me tell you, we are never going back! The quality is night and day. The chicken is fresh, tender, NEVER FROZEN and actually tastes like… well, chicken! Even my pickiest eater, who can usually find something to complain about, took a bite and said, “Oh, this is what it’s supposed to taste like?” They even happily pound out the chicken breasts to a thinner consistency for me too!

Stopped in today and browsed....man, what great selection and everything looked so fresh and bearutiful! We got some chops, bacon, sausages, wings and the piece de resistance - a BEAUTIFUL ribeye. The prices LOOK higher but they're really not out of line. A bit maybe, certainly over very cheap brand products but in the same class BB is extremely competitive.

The steak? I cooked that beautiful steak over charcoal to a perfect medium-medium rare... I mean PERFECT (yay me!) and my wife and I both agree it's head and shoulders over the grocery store stuff.

We're not that close but we're going to stop in to BB once a month or so - it's...

Where does one start? This place is amazing! We ordered from here for our wedding (before the covid hit), and they helped us with many different cuts of meat and the freshest brats possible. Then, on our big day, they went out of their way to make sure our order was ready first. Incredible service, incredible food! Without them our wedding feast would have been a wedding fast :-).

The skirt steak was perfect for Carne Asada. The NY strip was a crowd favorite. The Chicken was tender and delicious. The brats are to die for. I recommend the habanero peach ale brats!
