I found Just for You via Groupon... They were offering skin tag removal really affordably... So i purchased a package for up to 6 spots removed, and made an appointment.... But first a little back story... I have had these little skin tags under my arms my entire life. I have been made fun of for them, my entire life. I am now 40 and am so uncomfortable with them, that not only am I limiting what I wear, but how i exercise... For fear that someone sees them and stares. I literally caught someone taking a picture of my armpit when i was on the bus one day... (I know.. Its just a skin tag. But it's been like 35 years of bullying over skin tags.) I always assumed removal meant an expensive dermatologist visit, so i never looked into professional removal. . i found a product on Amazon, that was supposed to freeze them off... Wasted $50. I bought scalpels in an attempt to cut them off myself... Way too painful and awkward. So i had kind of given up hope.. Then last week i looked in my email spam and saw the Groupon. I googled and read reviews about Just for You, and decided to do it. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! LORETTA IS AMAZING! I was so nervous going in...( I'm not one for pain).. But Loretta was so fun, calm, and just all around lovely. She zipped all 6 off within 2 minutes.. She probably would be faster if I wasn't such a talker! She asked of i had any other tags i wanted removed. I told her i only purchased the package for 6.. She said, let me see. I showed her 2 more I had and she zipped them off too, free of charge. (she wouldn't even accept a tip!) "I will get those for you, you have lived with them long enough." I literally started crying. This is something so small and inconsequential, but life changing for me. I already feel confident. I can't wait to wear all my cute tops and strappy dresses again! Loretta hugged me and we talked about health and natural healing and I learned some great information from her.. I have already recommended her to a couple of my friends! As far as the salon itself.. Lovely. You walk in, there is a sign telling you to wait, so there's no guessing if you are in the correct place.. All the stylists were busy and all the clients looked happy. The salon/spa was clean and relaxing. The room where Loretta works her magic, is tranquil, bright and clean. If you are like me and are tired of looking at these little skin nubs, do yourself a favor and make an appointmemt to...
Read moreI had a 5:30p appointment today and arrived 5:15p. I walked in and there was a person sitting under the dryer right at the front door, if looks could kill I'd'd be dead. So I proceeded to walk in and stood there waiting to be acknowledged and I waited and waited. There were two stylists working on clients and they were having full blown conversations but there is no way they did not see me walk in. I waited and waited and finally one of them in the far back said, "can I help you". I proceeded to say nicely, "yes I have a 5:30 with Loretta". She then said "oh she's in the back, she'll probably come get you". Side note, the lady sitting under the dryer was staring at me like I was from another planet until I finally said "what the F--- you looking at". I waited another 10 mins before a different lady came out of a room and actually walked up to the front of the salon and said hello and asked had I been helped. I said "no not really". I told her I had an appointment and she apologized more than once for the rudeness of the other stylists. Loretta came out and I went to the back for my appointment and she was very nice. Might I add this was a "white" salon and I'm African American. I'm sure they were thinking, "what this black woman doing in here". Well my money spends just like yours. Very rude and unprofessional salon, at least the two white thangs working there. So sad! Oh and I was there for a "skin" procedure not...
Read moreTerrible experience - drove 25+ minutes each way due seeing good reviews only to be disappointed. Got there 10 minutes early for a 4:45pm appointment with Margaret...no receptionist to help you apart from hairdressers going away from what they are doing with their client to tell you "someone will be with you shortly"...waited until 5pm (15 minutes after my appointment) with no one acknowledging me or even telling me she is running late...so I just left and didnt end up having my service.
Dont waste your time going here...seems very...
