United States Postal Service — Local services in Channahon

Nearly everything I buy from Amazon ships from the sort facility at CHANNAHON, IL 60410 gets lost or put on the wrong pallet, but scanned for the proper destination -and it's not Amazon screwing up.. When the container manifest gets entered at the next USPS facility it reads accepted but it's not there, just the manifest ticket. It may be in Iowa instead of downstate Illinois, or fallen off the shipping pallet due to hurried, sloppy work.

Delivery on time should be the important factor, not making the scan numbers for a daily report. VERY aggravating if you live where you can't buy certain things...

They drop off packages that belong to someone else with there address on it.Very unprofessional and not a mistake unless you are blind and cannot read that the address is not the one you are at.And yes i agree definitely rude or bothered by doing there job at the office.Unnecesary attitudes are not needed as people are just wanting to be helped with there package or information on how to ship one.That is your job and you get paid well to do it.Many that do not have a job would be glad to take your place so I would act mature and not get annoyed by doing what you...

Every time I have a package coming through the Channahon post office the mail carrier will not bring it to my door, then will say I wasn’t home and didn’t answer the door. I’m so frustrated with this as I had to call after I checked online as it noted undeliverable and they left a note. The mail carrier came back with my package, no apologies and couldn’t even look at me. This woman was so unprofessional and actually looked like a homeless person.
