Pizza For U — Restaurant in Channahon

We decided after our order today, we will not order again from the Channahon Pizza 4 U. Pizzas are decent but the service here is terrible!! Everytime we order a pizza, we want it piecut so that's what we order. Never comes piecut! We have let it go a few times, then started calling to let them know the pizza was wrong. They did remake it a couple of times, but the inconvenience of an additional hour for your food doesn't always work out. It has happened so many times now, we are just done. Tonight, I called them right after we ordered online to help them get it right this time. I asked if they could please make sure our pizza was piecut. The kid on the phone confirmed my order and said "I gotcha" so I was pretty confident we'd have a pizza how we ordered it. Nope!!! Again, it was not piecut. I called them,explained to the manager that I even called after ordering to ensure they got our order correct and he gave the excuse of "it's muscle memory, they get used to doing square cut" and offered to send us a new pizza. Im sorry, but we dont want to wait an additional 45 mins and we dont want our pizza spit on. Do your employees not read the tickets? If you're not going to give the customer what they ordered , why even have options to pick from? The workers clearly don't care if your order is right or wrong, the manager clearly does not care either because he doesn't take steps to resolve repeated issues and he didn't care when I said we aren't ordering anymore from them. He just said "mmm-k". Mmm-k P4U, there are plenty of other places that do care about delivering great service and holding their employees...

I ordered online for delivery at the Channahon location. The delivery driver called me three times because he could not find my house.. finally on the third call I asked him what is the address that he is trying to find, and for some reason it was the wrong street name, he said he was sorry he blamed it on the manager the manager gave him the wrong address. He finally showed up 20 minutes later than what was expected.. he showed up with a regular Pepsi when I ordered a cherry Pepsi. I ordered a veggie pocket and paid extra for hot peppers and cheddar cheese and I received a beef pocket with none of these things, I ordered an extra thing of ranch that I did not get.. I rechecked my order that I submitted online and it did not match the receipt that they gave me so I don’t know who’s taking the orders from the Internet and putting them into the computer but you should probably make sure you’re putting in the right items. So I called the store told them that this was unacceptable I do not want a beef pocket as I ordered a veggie one he told me he would bring me the correct one. He shows up with a veggie pocket .. half raw, I basically paid $25 to not eat anything last night.. totally unacceptable I would definitely stay away from this location and if anything go to Shorewood. My cat was ill and I couldn’t leave my house and that is the only reason why I even decided to try delivery from Channahon and it was a huge...

Mediocre Food and Poor Customer Service. Ordered pizza for dinner and was greeted on the phone by the routine "Can you hold" and put immediately on hold without hesitation. The man on the other end returned sounding as if he had either run a marathon or was entirely put out by the call. Asked "What do you want" and I proceeded to tell him I wanted to order pizza for delivery. At this point in the ordering process he sighed or huffed the entire time I gave the order; clearly put out or exasperated of having to take an order. I asked him if he was okay; he responded "We are just busy" and sighed again. I told him he was "short" and seemed put out I was ordering; in denial he said he wasn't. Obviously he knew he was or he wouldn't have said "We are just busy." After a few more sighs and being short I said I would order somewhere else and hung up. The food is mediocrely good and the customer service experience is terrible; there are too many pizza places to not provide great pizza and good customer service experience.. This restaurant is the epitome of Chicagoland restaurants; the customer is there for the business...not the business is there for the customer. Needless to say I won't order from...
