Worst EVER Worst service. Worst food. Owners/operators that just don't care!

We've been to a lot of places over the years and this is by far the worst experience ever! We should've taken the empty dinning room and their shocked reactions when we asked for a table as the first clue to get out as fast as we could but we gave it the benefit of the doubt since it was before proper dinner times.

The next clue should've been the fact that dine in customers have a limited menu but carryout has full choice....

The food came out with a laughable amount of rice for the food we were given. Maybe another sign we weren't going to enjoy it as every other Chinese place gives you enough rice to share with the person you are dinning with. We took a bite each and stacked up the plates.

We were the only people here but we waited 10 minutes for her to come back and check on us. She asked if everything was OK despite the stacked plates full of food. When we told her no and that we just wanted to go, she asked if we wanted a to go box. We just looked at her and said no. She walked away and came back with the check in full.... so glad I paid $20 for two...

I ate dinner last night at this establishment and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered Chicken with Pan Fried Noodles and instead received Chicken with Chow Fun noodles. I drove 45 minutes from Ottawa for the dish I ordered, and then after that drive and waiting about 30 minutes for my food it was not what I wanted. When I explained this to the waitress she was very apologetic and offered to bring me the noodles I ordered, as I did not wish to wait for a new dish to be prepared. But instead, the owner of the restaurant came out and at first, tried to convince me that I had made the mistake and ordered the wrong thing. Then, she told me that what I received was actually better than what I ordered (she was literally arguing with me while my family and I were trying to eat). The owner also did not offer to give me the noodles, but the waitress was nice and gave us some chow mein noodles instead after the owner walked away. So in essence; the owner saved $1-$3 instead of just giving me the noodles I ordered, but now I will never go to this restaurant again so she lost the hundreds of dollars that she would have made in future...

First time ordering from here and it will be the last. Made an order for pickup that was set for about an hour after I made the order. When I arrived at the pickup time I selected, the girl at the front said it would be done in a few minutes. Okay great! Well a few minutes pass, the order is still not out yet. I go up to the girl again to see if she had any updates and she said no and went to play on her phone. The order took an extra 25 minutes from the time I selected for pickup. Sure it may not be the end of the world, but when you select a time for pick up, you expect your order to be done and ready at that time or within the next 5 minutes. What I also found highly inappropriate was the front desk/area girl and another employee beginning to talk poorly about me as I was walking away when I finally received my order. The kids that work there are in high school. I just think it’s out of line, unprofessional and very bad taste for those kids to think that it’s okay to do things like that. The food was not even that good, just felt like a waste of money and time by the end of it all. All in all, I do not recommend! I keep hearing Dragon Inn...
