Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

6/11/23 11:30am Really bad service at this location, I went through the drive-through made my order, and when I go to the window, one of the drinks was wrong, so yeah, I asked the lady to just change it please. I can pay the difference! she really upset said all loud “oh my god” roll her eyes and close the window in my face… she had the other lady finish the service. By the way I hear she blame the nice one that she put the order wrong… not fair….I won’t be coming to this location anymore. If you don’t wanna work there, don’t be there.

Update 8/7/23… 1035am

So decided to give the these Jack another chance…. And guess what…. Whit my luck I got the same manager… a month later…. My order was the same…. Tell me why she did the same thing… this time I decided not to say anything but her actitud is the worse… I’m definitely going to the website for investigation… really...

I went thru the drive thru at 7:24pm I ordered 2 jr jack with no pickles and no onions with cheese. Why is it when I get home both of my sandwich has pickles on them? A maybe a quarter size tomato on there? Then when I try to call the number to speak with someone no one answered the phone. I called 10 times up there. Then the other day one of the workers wants to say I don't mind bringing it out to but you need to park in this area. How can someone park there when there are cars there? I think I will take my money some place else if that's how that jack in the box treats there customer's. A few times I seen them on there phone and next putting food in the bags for the customers. I use to be a shift manager for a jack in the box. I know what they are doing wrong in the rules of...

Was going every morning. Slow, greasy, and poor attitude. Owner apparently is getting what he can out of it until it closes. Drive through roof edges are rotten, the drive through was nasty, doesn't appear to have been pressure washed in a long time. Pretty good indicator about the rest of the place you can't see. Staff is slow, they take your order then tell you to drive forward and wait..then hiring your food and you have no time to check if the order is complete and if condiments are in the sack... Update...went again, it's just so convenient. Put up to the drive thru and it takes a while to get a voice on the other end. The voice says tempo closed that he is the only one there...this Jack is on its last...
