Food Town — Local services in Channelview

Food was great and i love the deals of the week with the foodtow app spend over 20$ and get free item free but the employees are mean and soo rude and have nasty attitude ask one stocker in the moring called mike I ask him they had some gatorades back in the back of the store or in the ware house this stocker mike look at me with a mean face and smack his lip at me and cursed under his breathe and left a pallet in the middle of ile with out moving blocking people from passing and going through the ile and cameback and said that they dont got any more gatorades like in 2 minutes didn't even bother to check for some like he just went back off the store super quick and said no to me in a rude way with a nasty voice and went to talk another employee about me saying how dumb and anoying i am to him making me feel disrepcted and feel stupid about my self and sad angey and it pissed me off and didn't even bother tell me sorry or anything just laugh at me with the other employee making me mad and unsatisfied...

Very sad visit today; was totally ignored when I asked to get a rain-check for Carnation Cream - french vanilla. I was told by my checkout lady, that she did not know what I was talking about. Then she turned to ring up the customer behind me. (Just ignoring me) Prior to asking her, I asked one of the associates to check in the back to see if there were any that could be brought out for purchase. I waited over 20 minutes for his return. When I got tired of waiting, I went in search of someone that could possibly help. When I couldn't find someone that could help because "IT WASN'T THEIR DEPARTMENT, " I decided to just get a rain-check. Which is when the check out employee soooo, "NICELY, BLEW ME OFF! I spent an hour and a half, trying to purchase, just three items. Looking on the up side; 2 out of 3 items, in my bag and out the door. Wow, talk about great customer service! **No place like FoodTown on Uvalde. Happy shopping you poor...

I just recently went to this store last week for the first time ever. I truly was pleasantly surprised, the first thing I noticed was that the store was incredibly clean, (believe me I look for this first when I walk into any grocery store). Although I wasn't there to get my usual large grocery items, I only needed about 10 thing's. Of course I know where nothing is but the signs above the isles were accurate and two of your employees were extremely helpful and very kind, also I enjoyed seeing decent prices for a change. I'll write back when I do my monthly...
