As a first time never ever being there before or stepping foot off into the establishment, several red flags first started with part of the parking lot was flooded. Second red flag. I go to use the restroom. There is no water pressure at all. Maybe it’s because of the flooding in the parking lot Third red flag for it to be a chicken buffet. There is barely any chicken out any chicken out at all I proceed to walk to the cash register and ask how often do you guys put fried chicken or chicken out because I want my food fresh she stated we’re busy. We have other orders which she meant the drive-through And it would be coming out. There was no chicken on the line probably three or four pieces when I asked her that she seemed to be a bit rude but due to what I did experience off of axing, simple questions that particular location would be a no a zero a -0 the cleanliness It’s a no I am very observant as a person and I don’t think a restaurant should not look like that at all it just give salmonella poisoning. I even peered into the kitchen with a which Appear very nasty also so I opted out of eating there and I’m traveling 30 minutes to a whole different location. Hopefully, they have their restaurant together in an order and presentable. If there are words that are Misspelled it is due to me using text to talk. Read moreThis is the only Hartz that I've gone to that doesn't let me get my chicken dinner as I would like to have it. I always get the 3 piece special, which is 3 piece dark with a roll and a drink and other Hartz's let me or have the option of a side or a drink. And I usually substitute the drink for fries or corn because the sugar in the dark and the drink drives my sugar count up and I'm a diabetic. And I regularly eat at Hartz but I avoid this on on uvalde as much as possible because they're not willing to break protocol or make changes to please and accumidate the customer, which are the one's to keep the doors open to this business. And if they aren't willing to change or break protocol to please the customer. They will continue to loose money and if enough customers start and continue to spend their money with other businesses that will please and accumidate them those doors will...
Read moreI live this place, the food is always delicious. They have comfort foods, fried, baked, salads, etc. The staff is so nice. Note: Some of the staff refers not be lived streamed on customer's FB. Please be considerate of others. I ate here a few nights ago and they had liver and onions and let me just say, it tasted better than Luby's and Golden Corral. It's not always on the buffet but I wish it was. The bathrooms are always clean as is the dining area as well. They have so many choices that I believe anyone could find something here they would like. There is wheelchair accessible parking with a ramp. However, the door doesn't have an automatic open, but everyone I've met here are cordial and I'm sure there would be someone to help you if you needed help.
