Subway — Restaurant in Channelview

I ordered a wrap online for pickup and that was my first mistake. When I came to pick up my order it was not in a bag just the brown paper bag and I had multiple items. My second mistake was not checking the order before I left. When I was handed the bag, my wrap seemed really flat like almost smushed, but I brushed it off, once I got home, I realized that it was indeed smushed and not rolled properly, it was not even a wrap she just folded it. Lastly, the whole order was just wrong I asked for extra condiments and peppers and there were none, my receipt literally says "more" by what I wanted and I put it in the special instructions because I had a feeling they were not going to complete it correctly. I would not even be able to complain in store if I wanted to because the lady who assisted me did not speak english, or at least acted like she did not when I asked where were the rest of the items...

Terrible customer service. (1st time) At times only accepts cash before letting the customer know...like me! I had to leave my food behind r/t problems with merchant machine, you didnt disclose this before taking my order!! (2nd time) Visited during lunch time the other day, one attendee that said not to be able to take my order bc she was finishing 40 sandwiches in the next 30 minutes.(3rd time) Tonight, my little daughter was in need of using the restroom while my husband was placing our order, the restroom seemed to be occupied i knocked and knocked and never got an answer until one of the attendees said that both if the restrooms were out of order with no "out of order" signs?!?!?!? Hard to believe....maybe they were just lazy and the restrooms were just plain dirty!! Never again will give this Subway another...

Went today they were out of black forest ham, so she agreed to giving me the roast beef for same price as ham, then when I asked for half with mayo and half with honey mustard... then she changed her mind said be regular price for roast beef, so I said forget then, so then she just said ok... her name was Diane.. this place has gone through so many employees cause I was going quite often but I don't think I can keep going there and dealing with issues last time they were out of honey mustard and Swiss cheese.. it's getting ridiculous to have to choose something else than the sandwich you are wanting and paying for.. for crying out loud it's a sandwich shop, they should have plenty of the items on their menu... and the prices have gone up too much to deal with this kind of...
