La Monarca Michoacana 3 — Restaurant in Texas

So I was hoping to wait until I made it home to take the pic and upload it but…wasn’t so successful, lol. First of all, these young people provided the most quality customer service hands down!!! Joel and his cute little coworker didn’t skip a beat. They immediately addressed my son and I in Spanish which in and of itself deserves a 5-stat. Because I am a Black Latina /Garifuna woman, I am always addressed in English even if the workers an barely speak English. I appreciated that I was addressed in Spanish and we carried on a very energetic and positive conversation. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to La Monarca Michoacana #3!!! The Mangonada was DELICIOSO and my son loved his ice cream 😋....

I love it, Right next to it is a place to cut your hair and either after or before I cut my hair I go to this place to get a snack The workers are so nice and they always try to give you the best experience 5 stars definitely without a doubt, I just went like an hour ago and it was amazing as always I promise you won't regret eating there, So much to choose from and it's all so amazing One of the best parts is that they make all the ice cream and all that, They are not lazy, They actually put in the work, It's so amazing Best place to go...

This place has THE worst customer service. Visited for the first time this afternoon and it will most definitely be the last. The banana splits are disgusting. My daughter asked to exchange it for something different and the older man behind the counter refused. She then asked for a refund and he refused that as well. Very rude and dismissive.
