Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Channelview

The worst service definitely would give 0 stars January 13,2022 drove in through the drive through. It was 10:45 pm I was told after I waited in line for 15 min to place my order. Once I started placing my order the cashier said I had a limit on how much food I can order. Drive through did not have any sign stating there was a limit per customer. I asked why are you limiting my order ? He said because my Manager said I can’t take any more orders. By this time there is another 3 cars behind me also waiting in line. After I asked he continued to take my order and then gave me a total when I was still not completely done with my order. I told him I wasn’t done placing the order and the Manager came to the speaker stating they couldn’t take my full order because they were short staff only had 2 employees working and they were also limited on food. As A Manager if you run a business you should schedule enough employees to help you run the place. If for any reason there is a situation you should put a sign to at least notify customers of your shortage in employees and food. Let the customer decide if they want to wait in line the necessary time for the order to be completed. If you definitely can’t manage the place then Close for the night. Made me waist my time. So I ordered using my points to get a free jumbo jack no onions I ordered went to handle some business then went there got there i was loading my app up and the guy ask me of I ordered (very nice by the way I can see its his first job) but I said I Ordered on the app and I pulled it up he said oh that order been handed out I'm like but I never got it he said the manager handed it out and she will come explain she came and said yes a lady came picked it up she refuse to look at my app at the recipe she said she was very rude I worked at jack n the box and never treat people like that like my name on the order is "Marcelien the alien" who else will have that name on the order I'm filing a police report on her for stealing I'm never going to this store again I will drive outside my district to go to another...

This place sucks I had a Oreo boba from another location all shakes cost the same price flavor doesn't matter! I go here and ask for one I confirmed it with the man at the front and he still charged me for a vanilla shake with boba I had asked for Oreo but since it doesn't come up in their machine as a option to them it isn't possible to make.
