I went here Friday Feb 23 waited in the drive thru only to be told once of my prescriptions was out of stock itās Asmanex inhaler they said we will order it and it will be ready Monday. Saturday I was struggling to breath I called and asked if the could check to see if any other locations had the med I was told to call myself so I called 8 locations none of them had it. Sunday I called the Tidwell store and asked about the medication only to be told the have to order it, and it will be there Monday. I said you told me that Friday. She said well since you called the other locations it moved the request. We can move it back and order it here. I said yes please. Monday I go to pick up the medication at Tidwell after waiting in the drive thru 20 minutes she says your prescription is at the Wallisville location. I asked why she said I guess they have it (that was the first place out of 8 locations I called so it didnāt make sense). I drove to that location waited in that line over an hour. They told me we donāt have your prescriptions they canāt see our information like that but we can see if we can find you a generic prescription. I said no I want the one the Dr Prescribed. She said they donāt have anything anyway. I drove back to the Tidwell store but while driving I called them to tell them my experience. She answered the phone and as I was speaking she put me on hold then hung up in my face. I got there went inside to speak to the pharmacy tech. She was like yeah I told her to put you on hold I said she never said I need you to hold. She never acknowledged my conversation outside of hello how may I help you and she hung up. One thing I will never tolerate is bad service, rude employees, or liars. Itās too much I told her I need you so Iām not going to be rude to you. But we come to you for help itās not cool that we are treated this way tell us the truth. I ended up transferring my prescription to Amazon Prescriptions it will be here in less than 24 hour. I didnāt know Amazon had such a thing but after 51 years of bad service I am officially done with Walgreens....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSHEILA IS THE RUDEST. I came here for a few items I needed a little after 11pm. SHEILA raised her voice at me for NO REASON. Practically shouting at me in front of other customers. All because I was walking to the check out stations, and she was helping someone at the āPick Upā station. She said, āIM OVER HERE, yeah, YALL CAN CHECK OUT OVER HERE. Yeah do you see me (as Iām staring at her) !?!ā She said it very aggressive and incredibly inappropriate and rude. Even the customer she was helping turned around and made a face clearly confused why all of a sudden she was raising her voice aggressively at me.
I apologize for walking towards the check out section where you are supposed to check out, and she assumed I would already know that she is checking people out at the āPick Upā counter. So she shouts at me. I suspect she assumed we were trying to steal or something? Which completely baffles me because I was not hiding the items. They were in complete view and I was simply walking towards the CHECK OUT LANE. I did confront her about my suspicion of her thinking I was stealing. And she said that was not what she thought, but she just didnāt want me to have to walk all the way there and back. I would have liked her to accept the fact that she was raising her voice at me and talked very aggressively towards me for something so small. Which is why this has upset me. I could understand if I did something that was not appropriate, but this? Really Walgreensā¦. Please get better employees, or train the ones you have to be better.
I have never had any experience like this anywhere. I can tell when workers donāt like their job, but most of the time their just short. But for you to raise your voice and talk super aggressive to me is completely uncalled for!! It was very surprising and I never want to come to any Walgreens for any reason anymore. I will stick to CVS only...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never seen this store in the pit it is in today. Let me correct this, not the store itself, but the pharmacy. Today I sat in that drive thru line waiting. I was behind a white suburban, the last car in the line. It took them so long, when the truck pulled away, they CLOSED the window. I went inside because I was in total disbelief. Amber told me she had school, so at 6pm she closes the window. Not certain what school she attends after 6pm on a Saturday, but as I stated to her, I was in line before 6pm. I was waiting and you disrespectfully closed the window on me. She told me I could return tomorrow. The lead, Valerie, tried to tell me at 6pm the registers automatically close. When I asked her to restate that, she corrected herself. Before leaving, I was informed that Amber has been spoken to before about closing the drive thru window on customers who were in line waiting before 6pm. I will be contacting corporate. I am in no way racist, but there is no way this would take place in a prestigious white neighborhood, so it will not take place at this location. Customer Service is essential, and this is not the line of work these people should be in if they behave and conduct themselves as such. I am glad it was just pain medicine for my torn rotator cuff, and not something needed to spare my life. I will be calling corporate on Monday. Not sure how that will help because all I see are negative reviews for the pharmacy. Does corporate even cate? Too many times this pharmacy has failed. If they cannot get it right, shut the entire...
