Not sure where to start, been here many times, each time was bad, but I kept going because it is the only one that is close. Everything from wrong order, missing or wrong drink, taking forever only to find out they didn't have chicken ready, placing an order only for them to charge my card and turn right around and say "oh, we don't have red beans and rice, I can give you a large mashed potatoes", rather than telling me before swiping my card etc etc. However this last time just took the cake and made sure I never visit this location again.
I pull up and ask for a number 5 combo mild, wait some time thinking they were putting everything in, then I hear "can you tell me your order again?", a number 5 combo mild....."hold on", they leave mic on and I can hear them BSing with a coworker, 3mins later "ok, what was your order again?"....a number 5 combo mild, "ok, a number 5, spicy or mild?"....MILD. "will that be all?"....I would like my drink to be a unsweet tea, large, and a large redbeans and rice" "ok, a large sweet tea"....No, I want unsweet tea, "ok, is that all?" at this point the screen shows them put in a medium coke and medium fries so I say no, that is all wrong, I did not ask for fries or a coke...."ok, that will be 8whatever at the window". My mind could not even process the amount of stupid I just encountered, so I pulled out of line and went to the jack in the box next to it.
This place has some of the stupidest people I have ever run across in fast food, I do not say this to be mean, or as a joke, it is just the truth, don't believe me? Take a visit here, however I would suggest staying...
Read moreVery poor customer service. There were two cars ahead of me when I arrived at the drive thru at 10:32 PM tonight. The car in front of me pulled off so I thought I would be next to order. No one came on the speaker at all. I waited for 10 minutes saying hello, hello. No one said anything. There were three cars behind me. The car behind me blew his horn and I told him no one had said anything at the speaker. He said drive to the window. Taking his advice I drove to the window and there were employees there, but they ignored me. I was waving trying to get their attention to ask if they were closing early. By this time it was 10:44 PM. From the drive thru window I could only see four males. One white, one hispanic, and two black guys. They were laughing and talking to each other looking at me shaking their heads. I was asking "Are you closing early tonight?" not yelling, but talking loud enough for them to hear me through the closed window. Totally ignored me. So this location closed at 10:32 PM tonight and they are supposed to close at 11:00 PM. All of this nonsense could have been avoided if someone had said "We are closed" when I was at the order speaker. The hispanic guy finally came close to the window and gave the 'cut throat signal' which I understood that to mean they were not taking orders and they were closed. I'm in the service industry and the guy working the drive thru needs to do better. I realize the job is hard, however, I was polite and this was nonsense. Next time I'll make sure I get there at least an hour...
Read moreThe service is really bad. We waited about 5 minutes for the drive thru guy to actually talk to us. We kept saying "hello,hello?" And no reply. When we finally ordered he didnt greet us he asked what we wanted and he didnt nicely ask "what kind of drink would you like?" He literally just said "drink, side" like seriously ?could you not be anymore rude? Anyways, we pulled up just snatched the card away from us and we didnt even get any receipt. He didnt even ask us what kind of dipping sauce we wanted. His name was james. When we were asked to park up infront we did, and when we got our food, the black lady with curly hair (didnt see her name) gave us the food in just a box, not even a bag, no spoon, no napkins & no sauce. I asked her if i could get some ranch , she rolled her eyes and then came back and threw it at us. She didnt even say goodnight or anything. I am a shift manager at church's and I KNOW, for a fact that this is not how customers should be treated. I am so dissapointed with the service and not to mension, when i got home the tenders looked like chicken nuggets size, and the buscuit looked like someone bit it.
