Went through the drive thru at this Jack in the box and I normally check my food, but seeing that it was slow I didn't think twice about it. I live 0.3m away, So I was going to call and just inform them that they gave me 9 ends to I am assuming my value curly fries I ordered!!!! I called the number one the receipt (281) 459-9949 and that number is Disconnected. So I googled and called that number (346) 3421395. And Yes I called 13 times, because after 4 rings the phone hangs up so in that time frame I drove back up there, and when I walked in. I asked to speak asked to speak to the manager, when I did the lady seemed very confused about what I said. So She then ask a girl sitting at the table who I noticed was an employee to come over. I guess in translate(which I was correct)so the young girl comes over and informs me that the lady is the manager but does not speak English! So then the girl is like yes ma'am so what happened? I asked her what was the phone number to the store and she informed me that the Manager said that the number to the store does not work so there phones do not work is what she was saying!! So I said make sense because I just called 19 times and then showed them my phone, then at that moment the lady like looks at the girl says something, and the girl tells me the lady said what was the issue so then I informed her that I had just drove out of the line and got home and realized that somebody thought it was OK to give me seven ends to the curly fries and so she looks in the bag and then she looks at me like I'm the problem!!!! No Ma'am I did not eat them. Bag was folded closed when she handed it to me, and then she goes over to the drive-through window, talks to the girl,they look at each other confused say stuff in Spanish and then she looks at me and comes back throws the bag in the trash and goes to walk off, so I told the girl you can stop her where she's at!!! I said first and foremost tell her I did not come up here to get a free curly fry. I came up here to address the issue but seems like there's more problems than just one. Tell her keep the fries and keep the money! I left with a learning experience. I will never go to this location again and that sucks cause it's next-door to my house, but I would rather drive and get my order right and better service than to deal with that. DO BETTER OR...
Read moreI went through the drive thru after 10 pm they had a long line and a long wait I had a list of food to order for my family I told told the lady on the speaker everything on my list and when I finally got to the window I asked if I told her spicy chicken strips to she said no so I said can I order it she said at first no I would have to go back around to the long line again then she said I could ad it to my order and I would have to pull up front then she changed it to stay there and the total paid was 54.43 a lot money for a horrible experience with a very rude employee I think was a manager she kept telling me her line was long to hurry up.when she finally gave me the food I asked where's the drink I ordered at she said I didn't say anything about a drink I said yes I did she said no I didn't and I told her I read it off the list I had and my daughter will be upset if I have that drink it was the new drink twisted strawberry sprite drink with whipped cream and she said her line is long that I would have to go back around and wait in that line again she was very rude and no customer service what so ever her name was Isela I had to ask for my receipt and that's the name on that receipt.i told I could not get her drink she wasn't happy but she said ok.when I got home I didn't have my sausage crescent sandwich and she didn't put it on the receipt 😔 it was the worst experience I've ever had at jack in the box.to be in a job like that you have to be friendly and courteous I know I'm in fast food work I would've rang up the drink and gave it to me.theyre were only like 3 employees in there and they were moving slow, at my job we move fast and greet our customers with a caring smile, that lady didn't seem to like her job treating customers that way I just hope it gets better there for the...

I used the drive-thru on 2-16-25 around 3:54 my order was 9.09 I used my cash app card that I keep locked so I got to the window the young man passed the drink to my daughter the soda was dripping from the cup she asked for napkins to clean it up 👀then a few seconds after he gives my order I check my order it was ok we leave go next door to Popeyes drive-thru and I get a alert to my phone saying a purchase for 22.54 was declined at Jack-n-the box because my card was locked 👀🤔so my daughter immediately goes back and goes in and talks with the manager that was rude !!! letting them know someone had just tried to use my card she was like no one could not have did that even looking at the transaction on my phone !! So we leave again got almost home for me to realize the young man never gave my card back after the distraction with the soda at the beginning !! My daughter goes back again and tell the same lady my mother didn’t get her card back , so she asked the drive -thru guy did someone leave there card ? He says yes and she says clock out 😡😡😡 I truly hope that clock out meant fired to the 5th power !!! because that’s stealing to me !! You tried to use my card and that is unacceptable !!!
