Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Channelview

This store is my local store that delivers. I have done both several pick ups and had deliveries from this store. I have had VERY BAD experiences with this store from RAW food like under cooked pizza doe, over cooked burnt pasta with very little sauce, burnt bread sticks, very little cheese on cheesy bread, burnt cheesy bread, burnt, dry, and tough cinnamon sticks, to RAW wings and also wings missing from the order. Ordering wings is already a high price and then when you get the wings you only receive 4 pieces. Really? I hate bad ratings and I have given this store 6+ MONTHS to improve things on my orders. Which I was promised by the manager that things would get better and I would receive a higher grade of service. Nothing has changed except they are worse. Now its every order instead of every other order. This store is so horrible I HIGHLY recommend going ahead and ordering at a different store and go pick it up if you want pizza hut. My last order was so bad (2 large meat lovers, family size chicken alfredo pasta + bread sticks, full order of cheesy bread, gallon of sweet tea) pizzas was RAW doe, pasta was burnt with little sauce and little cheese + bread sticks was burnt to crispy cracker sticks, cheesy bread had little cheese where it was more like bread sticks with a sprinkle of cheese also burnt and the sweet tea was soured. Not to mention I only received half of the pasta and half of the cheesy bread. It was delivery. When I went to the store they would not remake my order and wanted to charge me AGAIN to remake the order. Definitely not happening go some where else. I did and received the best order ive ever had. Pizza Hut store at 13526 E Tidwell road, Houston, TX 77044. Placed an order and was given a time of 55 minutes in which it would be delivered. After 1hr and 30 minutes nothing. Called to inquire there was no concern for the fact that they want my money but refuse to deliver a service of satisfaction. There of course are many other places we could have ordered... however this was close proximity to my house and feeding kids pizza was more convenient. When I called to inquire about the pizza being late it was no big deal. My concern is that customers are treated like we are dispensable and not priority. If all the people I see complaining about the customer service being so bad stopped dealing with this business it would eventually go under. What is sad is that we continue to do business with a business like this and continue to accept horrific customer service. I was hung up on and told that I was holding up the line. When asked for a name of who I was talking to she immediately hung up. This my unfortunately go unheard and nothing done about it. But why keep paying people to be rude to customers you know damn well give you business. 1 person adds up to thousands after so many complaints. Customers have to take a stand and stop accepting this service because it’s convenient to buy already cooked food! This country is sad enough than to have to keep dealing with unhappy people who obviously hate themselves and the job they are either limited or settle for. I have Been ordering here for years with no issue and today on my order the food had multiple hairs from a woman when I asked for them to correct the issue the lady that i spoke to who said she was a manager instead of correcting the issue decides to argue not wanting to fix the problem making the solution harder than it has to be and proceeds to ask for proof which I provided and still has not fixed the issue never coming here again. The lady i talked to claiming to be the Manager their was completely useless she is trying to avoid fixing the issue gave me a number to send the proof to be able to get a refund and turns out it's to another pizza hut across town. I have no idea why anyone would hire someone like this to be a manager of all positions but I can't expect much from People like this anyways.
