Went there to get my iPad repaired after it stopped charging. I found the older gentleman super rude and condescending. They didn’t listen to me when I explained the situation and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When they tested, they used a Mac wall block because they didn’t have the new iPad / iPhone blocks in the store (really?) and obviously there’s more power output. The iPad started charging when they used a charging station, it did not charge. We have three iPads and three iPhones in our household. I tried multiple cables and wall blocks before I went to CompuMax, yet they kept telling me my issue must be a user error. I went to a different repair shop in Harbison (Mr PC) and I am good to go now. I will never go back to CompuMax, and unless you have outdated equipment, I would recommend to not waste your time with this place. Very...

Excellence abounds here. Dropped off my laptop to assess a suspected need for screen replacement; I was very promptly called back and quoted. CompuMax team, specifically Dylan, made themselves more than willing to answer my various inquiries, and the interaction was honest and performed in good conscience.

It was an easy decision to trust them with my repair, and they returned my laptop in far better condition than I left it: my computer was returned repaired, clean, and generally outperforming its previous status.

These guys are great. My entire folder of pictures on my phone was deleted. Casey is who worked on mine but both guys were very knowledgeable about what could have happened and what they can do as far as recovery. They also gave me helpful info to prevent this from happening again. My data was not easy to recover but Casey thankfully did every thing he possibly could and thanks to that he ended up recovering most of my lost data.
