My daughter received a gift certificate for a mani/pedi from here for her birthday. We called to make an appt for her to go as a “back to school” surprise. We explained, on the phone, that I was going to get a mani with her, while her other mom was going to get a pedi with her- since this was her first salon experience. On the phone, she told me the cost of the child’s mani/pedi was $20 ($10/each). When we arrived for our appt, we explained our intentions (again). We had to explain what we wanted 4 times, to 3 different people. They told us that they couldn’t do the design our daughter asked for and showed a picture of (even though I’ve done it myself at home). They rushed us into a chair and as more customers came in, rushed her out of the mani chair and into the pedi chair. They also yelled across us at each other (in their native language) before finally rushing us out of our chairs. I can’t say for sure, but it seemed like they were moving us so that they could fit more people into the chairs. I understand that we were doing a basic service and not an expensive package, but the way they treated us ruined her first salon experience. Additionally, within hours of leaving the salon, mine and her nails started chipping on several fingers. Around 10am yesterday, I went into the nail salon to get my nails removed and add dip and your employee who was sitting at the front left nail area (no numbers on it) sat directly in front of me and cut her nails with the clippings flying around and then also used a filer to file her nails. She didn’t even bother to clean up her nail clippings. She also then put both items directly back into the container without disinfecting them. I didn’t want to make a scene so I just told her I only wanted my nails removed and no dip. She then grabbed the nail clipper she used on her nails and clipped mine and told her I didn’t want them clipped or filed. This is absolutely disgusting. I’ve been there many times and had small issues here and there but this was just offensive that she would do that in front of me. No regard for cleanliness at all. It doesn’t appear that she has formal training because she would have not done that as a professional. I don’t know if I will return or not because I wonder what other things are going on that I can’t see if an employee so openly does...

Every single time I go here I regret it. Honestly don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. The nail techs are always rude and talk to you like you are illiterate. I pay over $60 for a pedicure and the bottom of my feet are still always rough. When I get fulll set the tips put on my nails are always too big an make my nails look huge. No need to complain to manager because all she will say is your nail beautiful. This last time I went to get nails and feet done for valentines. I picked a color and asked for regular on my feet and gel on my nails. When I go to get my nails done they say they will have to put a color underneath because the gel polish is not as thick as the regular. I said ok as long as it matches my toes . They put a purple cor on my nails whnmy toes are red and the polish in top looks absolutely nothing like my toes. I was very upset and the texh did not try to fix the issue just said pick another color. I was so aggravated and left for valentines with my toes and nails not matching!! Horrible place! Always bad...
