Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Chapin

After a long 12 hour shift of working I went to Sonic to purchase dinner for my family. I asked for a cheese burger and mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. I made the 15 minute drive back to my home and to my dismay there was no BURGER on my cheese burger nor did I receive the marinara sauce I had to ask for twice when ordering. I had to drive all the way back to this establishment to get a replacement which I did receive however, I was very displeased with the staff. The gentleman that helped me was professional and asked no questions when I handed him my food but the employees working in the kitchen LAUGHED. This is not funny to me. I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to replace my food after working a 12 hour shift. I would say 90 percent of the staff I saw working was around high school age and lack the skills needed to make a basic cheeseburger. This is not the first time that I have been displeased with my food but I also understand this is a fast food establishment however, I do not think that the Sonic cooperation would be pleased to know that the staff that they have representing them can’t even execute making a simple cheese burger or dropping a marinara sauce into a bag and then laugh at the customer when they have to drive all the way back to town just so they can eat dinner. I am giving a two star rating based off of the gentleman that replaced my food with no questions asked but truly this is a one star establishment. My wife and I were at Sonic in Chapin 4/16/2021 around 9 pm. We have been in the drive-thru for over an hour. We have been sitting at the intercom for over 20 minutes with no response from an employee. When we finally got our order taken and were at the drive through window. One employee named Michael was saying the F word multiple of times in front of my wife. There was a person who wasn’t an employee wearing plain clothes in the kitchen. My wife ordered an Oreo Big Scoop Cookie dough blast. The blast was NOT made correctly. First there was no big scoop of cookie dough, only a few pieces of Oreo, and none of the toppings were blended in the blast, it was all on the bottom of the cup. The work ethics and mannerisms of the employees at the Sonic in Chapin is unacceptable!! When I finally sent a complaint, all I got in return was nothing. If this is how management and the employees there operate, then I will take my business elsewhere. I recommend the people of Chapin to not bother going...

I am APPALLED!!!! I was going through the drive-thru for my regular #10 grilled chicken after my 12 hour shift at my restaurant. And the kid on the speaker (Jake Griffith) was giving me nothing but attitude. I turned to my boyfriend and said "I don't like his attitude!" He then proceeded to scream profanities at me through the speaker. Completely demeaning the face of this sonic in chapin. This is the FURTHEST thing from Customer Service. UNACCEPTABLE! To top it off his General Manager "Will Miles" was standing outside vaping with a bunch of minors while this happened and did nothing. I pulled around to the window and some snarkey 20 year old gets in my face "Emma Collins" I told them I wanted to talk to the manager.The manager comes out completely ignoring the matter at hand.
