Place only makes it due to Brian...won't go back unless only Brian does it all...and he can't because that man is taking care of everything. I appreciate his fantastic customer service to help fix the issues. I pray the spots come out of the back window and I that I can ignore the defects on the tiny triangle windows for the rest of my life...terrible place to go for tinting. Tint looks great thus far in half day since done and relying on info that tiny imperfections work themselves out during next week. Temperature difference is noticeable and great too! Bryan and front shop lady (not sure how to spell her name, so don't want to mess it up, maybe Osha or Ocean....) were very friendly and helpful. Easy to set up appt and was done when expected. Had a funky dealer issue and they handled it all with ease. BUT My car was a mess on pick up...streaks all on outside which Bryan did try to clean up but it was everywhere, rolling down back lights, spoiler. Even inside the car! There were super tiny balls of adhesive goop inside, stuck to doors, seats, walls.....small pieces of cut/trimmed tint laying thru out car and stuck to outside of car, my console had spots of this substance on it and the rear view mirror looked as if it had been dunked in a bucket of this stuff..which was same stuff that was all on the outside of the car, sitting in the sun, baking on my paint. They scratched my car, rough pic attached. I hand washed and dried my car that morning before my appt and had to rewash it immediately upon getting home to get the stuff they left on it off and bam, small scratch/scrape...not acceptable. WHY would you not lay a cover over the door entrance to protect the very large side section of my car as you climb around?? And final straw, asked lady when I dropped off for a call back from Bryan on price of a side strip I was thinking of repairing. Never got that call. When I asked her upon her call to let me know car was ready, I was told no time...was not told a price, just no time. Upon pick up as Bryan was doing his very best to clean up my car, he gave me price and said I should of mentioned it as they would of done it while they had it. But yet the tinter is telling the lady no time to do it, lady and tinter I guess decide don't even let customer know..and Bryan is in the dark on it all. Too much lack of communication and respect for my car and my time to bother with again. Over all -...
Read moreThis place is so fantastic, and they are all very professional. I really enjoy working with Brian, Marita, and their whole team. We have taken several of our vehicles in for tint, and they always do an amazing job. This is the only place we take our vehicles. They are trustworthy and always do fantastic work.
Recently, we were fortunate enough to pick up a new Tundra, so I brought it to them to tint the windows and possibly upgrade the sound system. I'm so glad I listened to all their recommendations, and they have upgraded the sound tremendously. I couldn't be happier. So far, they upgraded all the sound up front, and I'll be returning to them to upgrade the rears along with adding a sub most likely very soon. They also do a great job listening to what you're looking to do, what type of music you listen to, and what type of sound interests you the most. I really appreciate how well they listen and how well they are able to execute based on your preferences, etc.
Oh, and the 5% ceramic tint they used on my truck is absolutely flawless, and it looks SO sharp. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it, and this tint setup will be my new go-to for future vehicles. I had them tint all the windows 5% ceramic and then they tinted the windshield 40% ceramic with a 5% ceramic brow at the top. It is so much cooler in my truck and sitting in my truck is the only time I do not have to wear sunglasses. I love it. There's a lot of privacy, but most importantly this tint cuts out so much of the blistering heat we had in July and August.
I also had them wrap the front of the truck with high quality PFP to help prevent scratches, rock chips, etc., and they did a perfectly stellar job on this install. This should help the truck look a lot newer for a lot longer, and it'll be protected for years to come.
These guys are amazing at their craft, so if you're looking to upgrade your sound and/or cool off your interior with some sharp tint and protect your paint, do yourself a favor and go see...
Read moreThis review is solely based on the apparent general manager working today at 1:45 p.m. I don't think I could have come across a more disinterested employee when I walked in the shop today. My purpose was to try and find audio system to upgrade what I currently have which was my secondary vehicle but now will be my primary vehicle. This was explained to him shortly after I walked in. I told him what I was looking for and he did the typical can I give you friendly advice which was to upsell. I told him I appreciated it but I wanted an amp and a new head unit. I asked him what was a four-channel amp that was Alpine since that's what the speakers that came with my Wrangler are. He told me what it was but I asked to see it since it wasn't on display. He deeply sighed got up and went to the store room. I mentioned that it was a nice store and asked if it was his and he gruffed no on the general manager. At this point I figure he might just be having a bad day so I give him a little bit of slack until I start talking about the head units and what I did not want regards to a kit/racket that wouldn't fit right and that would be sticking out. I also told him that the price on the amp was about $65 higher than the online Alpine store, along with two other businesses such as Crutchfield. He indicated that they would not price match and was annoyed that I even mentioned it. I was a customer ready to buy and my interaction caused me to simply leave the store. As I said I would be going somewhere else. I don't think he heard me or that he even cared. If the general manager asks in this way, lacking such interpersonal communication skills, I can't imagine that his staff is happy. It looks like they do some good work when they get that far, too bad I will not. I am on the way to go get what I need from a shop in...
