I live out of state and placed two orders to be shipped. My first order was processed and arrived in a reasonable amount of time (1 week). The disposable vapes I received are convenient, effective, and tasty. I placed a second order shortly after to try other flavors and am thoroughly disappointed. From the time of this writing, it has been 1 month since I placed the order. USPS has not accepted the package, so I'm unable to file any disputes directly through USPS myself. I have been emailing and texting customer service every week for a follow-up and it has been a struggle to get them to respond or take any action to correct this issue. They refuse to re-send the product or to provide a refund. The latest update they have given is that they will submit a "missing mail" request to USPS to either locate the package or officially declare it missing. I'm not confident that this request has even been submitted. It feels like pulling teeth to get them to respond to my messages or to move forward with taking action. i tried these guys recently and i've nothing but praise to give.

The Papaya Bomb Rosin i ordered was beautiful and i'm really quite picky with my Rosin's the flavour was fruity with almost kind of like a Kushy vibe going on with almost a Gelato exhale.

I also ordered again the same day my first batch of Rosin arrived because i was that impressed.

My second order was for an 8th of their Permanent Chimera Asteroids and an 8th of the Tropaya Rosin.

The Asteroids were straight fire but after choosing some Tropaya as a replacement as the original item I chose was out of stock "Big shout out to Hector btw for reaching out so swiftly to rectify the issue" I'll be honest wasn't that great very headache inducing and and has an almost black residue left in my Rig/Pen after use.

I've reached out to them to let them know and hopefully they re-test that batch and if it is an issue with that specific batch then it will hopefully stop anyone else receiving anymore but I digress it was probably just an anomaly.

Both orders arrived within a week an as an International Customer located in the UK most Vendors take 14 days MINIMUM with 0 issues with Customs.
