I recently received care here after a car accident. My care under Emily and Dr Beller was excellent. They explained the process I was going through, were patient with me and understanding when I asked for alternatives to certain procedures. I could not give them or the ladies at the front desk any more praise for their professionalism and hard work.

Ms. Hirsch on the other hand. She was the first "professional" I saw, and I use that word with great reluctance. My first visit she did not explain anything to me, the process I would be going through or the procedures I would be utilizing in my recovery. Not a single explanation. I was willing to overlook this due to the excellent care I was receiving from everyone else until today.

Today I was informed, by my significant other, that when he saw her for treatment today she not only maintained this pattern of non communication (something we both discussed during my treatment and agreed we preferred Dr. Beller), but also took it upon herself to make disparaging remarks on our relationship. She apparently made a comment about how we are a cute couple, but he shouldn't allow me to "wear the pants".

This comment is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed from a "medical professional". She obviously is not a professional, nor is she a licensed psychiatrist or couples therapist, I would highly recommend she keeps such comments to herself. This is an area she has no expertise in and has no knowledge of our life.

Maybe if she put more effort into speaking about customer care, and less into commenting on the relationships of patients, I would be able to give a better review.

If you have read this far let me reinterate, Dr. Beller and the remainder of staff are excellent. Ms. Hirsch is uncommunicative except in matters that have no bearing on the treatment...

Complete Healthcare gets a yes from me! Why? Because although it's a healthcare clinic, the love from both doctors, Bellar and Hirsch, to see their patients get better is priceless. They are caring, loving, heartfelt people who certainly love what they do. They took the time to talk to me and explain the process, machines, and work they were doing with me and for my body. They are respectful and treat all their patients with the same love, concern, and respect.

It is comforting to know they care more about their patients' well-being than the money.

Additionally, the staff, Montrice, Tiffany, and Nancy were so sweet. They treated me as though I was a part of their family. They were warm and very caring towards me. They were professional and very respectful. The teamwork and togetherness within the staff members was great and encouraging. The relationship I formed with all the individuals allows me the opportunity to drop by and say, "hello." The nice part is they treat me as they did when I was a patient. My experience will have me going back.

I’ve been going to CH since January due to an injury that happened back in December From the very first moment that I received the phone call from Jada to come in, I knew I had nothing to worry about she explain to me the entire process. The next day I went in and Abi took care of me at the front desk and help me fill out the paper work. These two young ladies are very very polite and the best part is that they don’t make you feel like a patient, when they have a chance they take their time to have a Conversation , even if it is a small conversation like a “ How was your day Brian ?” they get to know you. Once when I couldn’t get to my appointment Abi was kind to offer a complimentary ride .. which I appreciated since I don’t always have a way there , The doctors at the office also are very sweet and take their time to get to know you they are not just there to do their job.
