This place has to be the worse..... The customer service was horrible .. Let me start by saying i went to this god for saken place n only asked for two feed in braids , what i got was two lopsided braids the worse.. So the lady i spoke who did it said she wasnt going to do it over and she wasnt about to take all day on 2braids n blah blah a blind person can tell my braids where off..... she was very disrespectful after she took my money... Before i acted up i just left the owner told me i could come back the next day m she will get somebody to redo i just decided not to and that i will take the lost ..... IF U WANT SOMEBODY GOOD AND WHO TREATS THERE CUSTOMER RIGHT GO...

I made an appointment and was able to get in quickly. (Maybe because it was scheduled on a Monday). I sent her a picture from Pinterest so she could see the length and size of the medium size knotless braids that I wanted. Upon arriving the place is clean and does not have a stinch. She braids extremely tight so it’s not for the tender headed. I’m not tender headed and I still think she braids extremely tight!
