DO NOT EVER IN LIFE PLACE A SANDWICH CATERING ORDER AT PLAZA RD LOCATION🙅🏾♀️ I placed an order for a Self Care event I was having on November 2nd here. The internet says you get Turkey & Swiss on a Kaiser roll, but that is not at all true and they need to update the information. The deli called on November 1st to advise me they don’t have or do Kaiser rolls, they would put the sandwiches on a regular hoagie roll, I said that’s fine. I was on speaker phone and my brother heard the whole conversation. At 9:40 I went to pick up the turkey subs, (so I thought) to my surprise the sandwich’s are on hamburger buns 😳 that is so unprofessional and just out right ghetto. It’s the day of my event that starts at 12noon so I had no choice but to pay for the $57 deli turkey meat burgers! We got to the register and me and the same brother that heard the lady say she was putting them on hoagie rolls, was talking about how unprofessional that was and the cashier heard us and must of gotten mad. The store has a lot of great workers there but they also have a handful of unprofessional ones also and that includes the deli. My advice to the General, store and deli managers, never in life let a sloppy try go out the store like that EVER AGAIN!!! Read moreDon’t waste your time, go to another store. I’ve had some bad experiences over the years at this store but this weekend takes the cake. I was accused of shoplifting because the cashier scanned one of my items twice and I asked for a refund. I had to wait at the customer service desk forever to get my refund and then she had the audacity to tell me “people have been trying to steal from us lately” and looks me up and down. Mind you I have an entire cart of groceries paid for sitting there and I just want my refund for the item that was double scanned. The whole process probably took 10 minutes of her staring at my receipt then my cart then back to me. It made me very uncomfortable. Every time I come here it takes a while to check out because the cashiers either disappear or stop to talk to their friends or they’re just so slow. They’re always stocking the aisles on the weekends and the stockers do not move out of anyone’s way or help them grab items that they’re in front of. Overall terrible experience 0/10 do not...
Read moreI've given chance after chance to this particular store and it's just gone so far downhill. I'd rather pay more to shop at Harris Teeter than come here again. As usual I'm made to wait 10 minutes at the deli while I'm stared at numerous times while the lady finishes her task. Then she acts as if I'm inconveniences her by needing some meat and cheese sliced. She also debated how much I said I wanted because she got it confused and told me I was wrong and didn't ask for my initial amount. I know how much I asked for! This happens to me and my husband CONSISTENTLY.....IF they're even open. There's plenty of times we're turned away during business hours.
