About 10 months ago I decided I wanted a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring. After talking it over, a mutual friend suggested I contact Lindsay and talk to her about what I was looking for. I had the fortunate opportunity to see some of Lindsay’s work so I knew going into it that she was the real deal and immensely talented. As soon as Lindsay and I made contact we hit it off right away. From the questions she asked and the requests she had for me, I could tell she was so genuinely set on getting to know the couple that she was making the ring for, and that personal touch really came through in the finished product. From our interests and hobbies to where we grew up and how we met, it seemed like no detail was unimportant as captured the individuals in the essence of what would eventually become my beautiful engagement ring. Lindsay and I went back and forth with all the details for as long as I needed, talking over all the do’s-and-don’ts in what I was looking for so that we could be sure that we were a right fit.

For the 9 months that followed, she never ceased to amaze. She was constantly giving me updates, answering any questions or concerns, and she was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me every step of the way. I learned that there was so much I didn’t know about rings and diamonds especially, but she made the entire process so easy. She was extremely receptive to feedback I had, especially when it came to the 3D models she gave me once we got started with the design. Not only that, but any time I asked for something to be changed or altered, she always came back with something 10 times more beautiful than before. In the end, she was determined to make sure I was 100% happy with the ring and that it turned out exactly as I’d hoped. I’m so happy that she took the creative freedom that she did with it because it turned out even better that I could have ever imagined.

I first found Lindsay last Summer when I was having no luck with Jewelers in my city (Seattle). I was looking for a kite shaped diamond with a very specific size and ring design in mind. I had multiple places tell me what I was looking for did not exist. After searching online I found Lindsay's website and checked out her portfolio and loved her esthetic. Although I was super nervous to work with a jeweler located across the country, I am so glad that I did! Lindsay provided a level of customer service that blew me away. My fiance gets stopped at least a few times a week by people commenting how beautiful and unique her ring is. Needless to say, I went back to her when it was time for the wedding band, and had the same great experience. It is so refreshing to find a jeweler that actually listens to what you want and offers their expertise, without coming across like a high pressure car salesperson. Between each of the consultation appointments for designing the ring, picking the stone, reviewing a 3D-printed model of the ring and much more, Lindsay offered a comprehensive and considerate experience that took the stress out of designing a ring, leaving only room for excitement for the end result (and gratitude that I’d found an artist I trusted fully). Lindsay from the very beginning demonstrated strong knowledge of her craft, and made very helpful suggestions throughout the process to make sure the final product could come out its absolute best. She was also very transparent about pricing, and routinely communicated promptly over email.
