Horrible experience no help with registering for my classes until struggling for about 2 hours then I finally had someone ask do I need help, then she wasnt sure of helping me register for my class so grabbed another lady that work there and she wasnt sure so she grabbed someone else to helped confirm that my schedule was right, then I wanted to add another class she wasnt sure of what I need so was advised I have to meet with an adviser again, while waiting i asked about updating a student Id with 2020 sticker and parking sticker and books for classes and also financial aid which I asked could I get help doing the online app so it can be done correctly so it would be any delays only to get some rude guy who is the financial aid department give a sheet of paper and tell me I would have to do everything on the sheet independently then they can help me, which was very upsetting bc I asked for help to do it, then i was told by the cashier department that bc i dont have financial aid yet it will take about a week and all the class I enrolled into to start next week will be dropped bc I have to have financial aid in place/active now, so my 3 hours of being there is now down the drain a complete waste of time, I was failed by the first person I met with which was the adviser bc he should have advised me I need to have financial aid before applying for classes but he didnt and it just very disappointing and discouraging, they need people there to help people with registering, financial aid, books, ID , Parking stickers, bc I was all over the place trying to figure it out on my own and my time there was a waste of time and I still have to come back and redo everything I was trying to do today! The VERY rude receptionist Michaela wanted nothing to do with me. She was on a personal Call for about 10 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence, then seemed irritated that she had to end her phone call to deal with me.
