Melissa is AMAZING. I have been seeing her for a series of Aerolase treatments to help with some persistent breakouts that I have been having and she is so kind and genuinely invested in her clients. She has such a warm and welcoming bedside manner and I could tell from my very first treatment that she truly wants to help people to feel confident in their skin. I booked an appointment for eyelash refills and received confirmation. I got there and halfway through the paperwork Sherri said “Oh, wait, I just remembered I don’t have any eyelash glue.” When I said it would have been nice to get a message saying the appointment COULD NOT be confirmed, her reply was she was getting a massage when the appointment came through!
