I recently moved to Charlotte and I have to say that finding Brooke has easily been the BEST thing that has come out of this move!! I was very nervous about finding a new hairstylist in a new city, but after seeing her gorgeous work on her Instagram and how nice she was during the booking process, I was very hopeful. After my first appointment with her, I knew I had struck gold!! I do not have the easiest head of hair to work with, I had let my very dark roots grow out quite a bit, and the health of my hair had definitely not been my first priority in the previous months. When I showed Brooke how blonde I was hoping to be again, she walked me through and educated me on the best course of action to get there while still working towards healthier hair. She has done my hair twice now and has far exceeded my expectations! I have never gotten so many compliments on my color, nor has my hair ever looked/felt as healthy as it does now. I was able to get an appointment set up with Brooke soon after I had a terrible experience at another salon. A friend of mine is a regular customer of hers and recommended I go to Brooke. I was convinced my hair was unfixable but Brooke knew exactly what needed to be done! She was able to make my hair look so much better without having to change too much or cut a lot of hair. Shes extremely personable and really cared about the outcome of my haircut, made sure i was happy with it, and kept me updated with what she was doing throughout the whole process to make sure I was comfortable with everything. She spent as much time on my hair as was necessary to get it to a point that I was happy. We had great conversation and in the end I was so much happier about my hair than when I walked in! Moving from the Midwest has been hard and having to find a new stylist who makes you feel like a $$million bucks$$ is also a hard, daunting task! I happened upon this salon while google searching and IG stalking and took the plunge and made the appt. Beyond me nervously calling Brooke the wrong name my whole appt 😑 she made me feel comfortable, heard, and nailed the short bob I envisioned in my brain!
