On 6/29/23 at 11:50am we arrived at this location because we wanted to try something new. When we entered there was one girl who was moving things around in the front, when the door opened she did not turn her head once, she didnāt acknowledge that we entered, she didnāt say hello, can I help you, nothing not a word she just continued to do what she was doing as if we were not even there. Then another young lady came from the back and she too said nothing at all as we are standing there trying to figure out the menu and what we wanted. She stood at the Register and didnāt say a word, as if she had better things to do than take our order. These two were the rudest customers service associates I have ever encountered in the south end area, this type of treatment made us feel so uncomfortable that we just walked out and didnāt order one single thing. Without customers there is no business, no revenue to pay associates, keep the lights one, keep the water running, etc. There definitely needs to be a training on customer service because these two associates missed the importance of having good customer service. Their menu online shows that every bowl contains nuts, and while they can make them without nuts, they have removed the option to do so when ordering online. They rarely answer the phone when you call, and when they do answer they tell you that you must order online.
To the owner - I would love to order online, however you removed the option for people such as myself to add an allergy note. If your regular granola has nuts, all you need to do is have an option for ānut free granolaā in your online ordering platform. Or add your ānotesā section back with a disclaimer that āadditional toppings in this section will not be honored.ā This is an incredibly easy adjustment that can be made in 5 minutes. On several occasions I have ordered on the app, when I arrive to pick up my bowel is not correct. I add things which I pay extra for and itās never in my bowel. Iāve reached out to Laura and she has been nice and accommodating with adding extra reward points. However thatās pointless when I ordered again and the same thing keeps happening. The young kids they have working in there do not pay attention to the order at all. When you go in they donāt speak and act as if youāre bothering them and canāt keep their face out their phone.
