They do not provide all the services listed , fake advertising!! 🚩🚩I’ve been a client here for a while and I came here a week ago to get some knotless braids , they were medium and butt length. A day after I got them my nose would burn really bad and I thought it had something to do with the dry air so I didn’t think much of it I tried a humidifier and just tried to do anything to help it , and nothing helped that’s when on the third day I started to receive a headache around 3 pm and it didn’t stop for about 2 hours , that continued repeatedly for 6 days and I just tried to put heat rags and anything on my head that could stop the pain . I could have been took the braids out but I paid $250 for my braids to last 2-3 months not to take them out in less than a week ..Long story short , I just took my braids out yesterday , and I went to the hospital for headaches after because I was still experiencing the headaches . when I got there they told me they were glad I took out the braids because it was causing tension to my scalp.it caused me to have bad headaches daily , because it was pulling muscles tissues connected to my scalp that caused inflammation and irritation to the right side of my head . I can’t be around bright lights without my head hurting , I and the pain I go through is unexplainable, I never felt a headache this bad . they gave me muscle relaxers and ibuprofen for the pain . I called the hair salon today and spoke with the lady who did my hair . And I told her all that I have experienced and I told her me and my family come there all the time and never should have to go through nothing like this . I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted to know if she could accommodate me with a different style because I did spend a lot of money to get my hair done , and the lady confirmed on face time that she did do my hair. And the lady was very rude saying she cannot refund me or do anything to my hair for free , because I should have called them or went to them first , but the pain I was experiencing I couldn’t do anything but take them out and go get it checked because it was hurting afterwards still . I was very calm and she was just very defensive because I called her out for braiding my hair too tight , but you not grown enough to take constructive feedback on your work that didn’t last and cannot accommodate me an anyway is unacceptable. She was not understanding, she was not helpful c, she basically wasted my time sitting there on the phone with her just for her to say she couldn’t help me . I am disappointed with the service and I will never spend my money here again . The broader who did my hair name is ms.Sara herself , all her braided braid too tight for me , you should want your client to be happy with the results yes , but actually taking the time to take care of the client in the process and making sure your not being to rough .. not everyone can do . I came to Sara to get medium twist, I repeated myself several times and said I wanted my hair in medium twist. I had been there every since 10am on my birthday at that and I had other obligations that I had to take care of at 5pm that same day. What I got was these small twist like micro braids and on top that my head was real sore, the hair was very heavy on my head. I was so unhappy I cry sitting in the chair, the sister of Sara didnt get done until 7pm, she was very rude and nasty I was charged $165. I got home wanted to take them out but I couldn't do anything, miss my appointment at 5 and most of my birthday. I was so weak my neck hurted so bad I just couldn't do anything had to take my medicine and try and find a comfortable position to go to sleep in. My daughter call them and told them they needed to take these twist out of my head because this is not what she ask for and give her back her money. I went back the next day ,they took them out gave back my money, however I get home and look at my hair started combing my hair and realized the girl that had cut the twist and took them out had also cut out my hair so now my hair is cut and uneven in different places all over my head. I am a breast cancer survivor and it took my hair 3 years to start back growing. I promise myself once it started growing that I wouldn't cut it never, however they chose to do it for me. I went to get crochet braids, and it was not what I was hoping for. I went for the first time on 5/15/2023. I had already worked a long morning and came in a little early, so I can be already for my appointment at 3 pm. 1st, the young lady who washed my hair did an okay job, but it didn't feel thoroughly clean. It was like she was scared to wash my hair. Next, as I was getting my blow dried, it was street people who kept coming in and disrupting business, and it really made me feel unsafe. Third, the braider that began doing my hair started eating peanuts, and the crumbs were falling from her mouth down on me while she was braiding my hair up. Finally, when she was done, this was the finished project, but before I go, let me tell you about payment. I was quoted a price of $130.00 and I had to bring my own hair. I did not mind that. Also, they kindly let me know that it will be an extra $15 for my wash, so I gave the braider $145.00, and she looked at me and said no, it's $150.00... so I had to quote he the price of everything. With an attitude, she started sweeping up and told me to go sign the book. So I went and signed the book with my name and number so I can go to my next appointment.
