Disappointed that after waiting for my appointment for over a month I called to confirm my selling appointment was still happening (because it was a scheduled for a holiday and I hadn't heard anything) and they said they meant to call me a while back but no, they would not be coming due to low cash flow. Previously I had called twice to confirm we could do this appointment and that it would work, and I had already arranged other appointments and activities AROUND this appointment a month ago that could have been prevented if they had just called me (or cancelled it automatically).
