I started going winter 2025. I have already had improvement in my core strength, balance, and strength going 2-4 times a week. I would describe this as classical reformer pilates. All the women who teach are very kind, gentle, and I don’t feel any body shame or judgement. Different instructors have different flavors: Bernie does a thorough arm and upper back, Michele classes are very intense and rewarding, and Ryan does an excellent job stretching and helping with flexibility.
