Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Charlotte

Ordered my food at 8:00 pm they sent my food with an Uber and I received half of my order at 9:36. The driver spoke no English and claims they didn’t give him the whole order which was done through google translate. Even though the receipt clearly stated what I ordered. Spent 50 bucks with a 9$ dollar tip thinking it was for a Pizza Hut delivery driver not Uber. Spent another hour contacting Uber and trying to contact the store. Uber said they cannot help because Pizza Hut took my money and info. The number to call the store is just a call center that takes your order not even the actual store. No one from the store ever answered after being transferred from the call center 4 times. If u like Pizza Hut I would not do delivery as it will probably be an Uber with half your order and doesn’t speak English. This is why I quit ordering from the other chains because of Uber and now this chain also. It’s a shame they charge u a delivery fee which I would assume Uber takes some responsibilities as they agreed to deliver the order. I ordered a party box with 2 pepperoni pizzas, cheese sticks and sweet chilli boneless wings. There was literally 2 pepperonis on reach slice and some slices had none. There was barely any cheese on the pizza and the cheese that was on it were burnt. Out of both pizzas we could only eat the 4 middle pieces from each pics because the ends had no cheese, barley any sauce and no meat on it. The cheese bread also has burnt cheese on it and wasn't cut through. The boneless wings were edible but it seems like they just threw some sauce on it. Some of them didn't even have sauce on them at all. None of the food was hot, heck I wouldn't even really call it warm. It was as if it had been sitting all day. The quality of food was terrible. There has been several times that my order from this specific location on Albemarle rd. in Charlotte, NC has been wrong. I either have had wrong items or missing. Then when I call in, they require me to go into the store to get a refund or to fix my order instead of delivering it for free. The last order I was missing items. They said they could send it out but then how does that look that I am getting something delivered again through doordash but then that driver doesn't receive a tip because due to Pizza Hut's fault I didn't get the correct order in the 1st place?!!? Then the whole point of delivery is so I DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE! But when a refund is requested, they require for you to come to the store to "swipe your card." This is absolutely ridiculous!
