If I could give zero stars, I would. I get off work every day at 5 PM. So I got off early today to try to make it to the bank before they close at 5 PM. I arrived at the bank at 5:01 PM and the Hispanic guy at the drive-through window was in a rush to go home and would not cash my check because I was 60 seconds late of when the bank closes. As if that would keep him there an hour longer it only takes 3 to 5 minutes. I guess he wanted to go home because it was busier than normal due to the Columbus Day holiday Monday.    Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience I have EVER had with a bank... somehow Wells Fargo opened up a retail credit card under my name and address that is linked to a social security number that does not belong to me... Spent an hour and half on the phone with their customer service trying to get it resolved before leaving to go on a trip out of the country and the jerk that was in charge of their retail credit card department says there's nothing he can do and hangs up on me...
Do NOT use Wells Fargo bank... your information will NOT be secure and if you have a problem their customer service is so terrible that it will take you hours to get it resolved, if you can get it...
   Read moreTHIS PLACE IS A CIRCUS! Going inside, itâs hard to believe itâs a bank. There are kids running back and forth like itâs a playground, homeless people just lounging in the waiting area (at least 3), people standing at the doors like theyâre scoping the joint for a future robbery, people standing OUTSIDE just chilling- like itâs a corner store! I was praying I didnât get robbed and no one is demanding order! I wonât be visiting this branch again!!!!! And on top of everything else they donât do money orders through the drive-thru! Every other bank has this option! Wells Fargo needs a major upgrade in services...
