I had a horrible customer service experience from the front lady today who said her name was marina or Maria, something like that. She got my order wrong and when I brought it to their attention less than 5 minutes later -- she had an "oh well" attitude telling me I would have to pay separately for the correct order even though it was their error. Because my manager is a repeat customer, she finally agreed to switch it out free of an extra charge but, only after trying to give me a condescending Spanish lesson. I grinned and sat down while I waited for the correct order - as she went to the back to tell them the correction - she also started bad mouthing me to her coworkers in Spanish because she was under the impression I didn't understand Spanish being that I was only communicating in English at first - I made sure to tell her IN SPANISH that is completely unprofessional whether I knew Spanish or not that is unacceptable as a business establishment she ought to carry herself with more...

You can also order individual pieces of a chicken fried in their amazing batter. When we go the two of us will split a whole grilled chicken ($11) and 2 fried chicken breasts. Everything there dipped in their light green sauce will have you in heaven! I went there around 10:00pm and ordered a whole chicken, when I got home and open the box I found 5 drumstick and 4 tights ( never seen before a chicken with 5 legs ) I stopped next day to see what they have to said about it, one of the guys who work there he’s very nice and educated man and was trying to get the problem resolved but someone else spoke over the phone to who I think is the manager and told her that they have taken care of it, which was a lie because he didn’t, also I need to mention that there is a young kid working there that if I was the owner of that place I will probably fire him immediately or either way train him how to respect customers because he’s very...
