Was looking for a good replacement for all the amazing local supplies and awesome service in Asheville. After being displaced by Helene and passing this place located next to my apartment daily, I stopped in to see the selection and make my first local purchase in CLT. However, the clerk was so rude that he hid behind the counter on FaceTime until I directly asked for help, but it was clear the guy just wanted to continue his FaceTime call and made me feel stupid asking for stuff that was there, but he did not point out. When I showed him what I was looking for, he gave me a dirty look and continued talking on FaceTime. Didn’t ask me if I needed help, made clear he did not want to help, and made it seem like he didn’t understand my request for Nag Champa incense. After multiple visits, I figured it's time for a review. TERRIBLE customer service. Constantly having repeat everything after customers made their [very clear] statements multiple times and then the employees having an attitude for their lack of understanding. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when an employee muttering something in his first language (that I happen to understand) was... lets just say. Nothing I I can repeat here. Awful.

If that wasn't bad enough, the products I last purchased from this location (swishers) were ALL STALE, HOW?! Waste your money...

Bro they got straight fire at this place, do not sleep on them. They just opened for buisness like 2-3 weeks ago, you won't be disappointed.
