Carver County Environmental Center — Local services in Chaska

I happened to stop in a few weeks ago to the facility and was met by wonderful staff and with the exception of the staff in the back end of the building. They sat there looking on as residents piled in, both on thier cellphones. I asked a simple question about what they accepted only to be met by an awful attitude as if they were bothered that I asked. The older gentleman a previous time had stopped me from throwing in an un accepted into the recycling compactor. It was my mistake honest mistake but all he kept muttering is “you see the sign?? You see the sign?” In a most belittling manner. I had never been talked at like that have being there previously. The 4.8 rating on Google is very inaccurate. Needless to say the younger gentleman in the front or younger staff I might say are more polite. I’ll be taking myself elsewhere and I will let anyone I know who asks about my experience...

I'm grateful for the service. The hours are not sufficient to meet the demand.
