07/13/2025 I was in doing weekly shopping. You had one register open with a human checking out customers at 12:30 in the afternoon and the rest were self check registers. You allowed one customer to line all of the people trying to check out up one aisle and then she dictated to them when they could go to the registers to check out. There was only one person with groceries on the conveyer and nobody else in line when I pulled up next in line. She was wearing a long black dress with polka dots. Super bossy and incredibly rude. Told me to get to the back of the line. If this is how you are going to run your store, I'll spend a little more money and shop at Cub instead or drive to Shakopee and shop at HyVee. At some point, you are going to need to staff your registers better or you will continue to lose customers in the process. If I could leave something less than a zero today as a review, I would do that.
As an addendum to this review. I called corporate and reported my experience to the corporate team. They took down all of my information and actually apologized for this experience. They said it was out of the "norm" for the Aldi experience. They said this would be reported to the regional manager for this location and someone at that level would get back to me. I remember telling him that it was nice of him to help me but I wouldn't hold my breath on someone from this local store bothering with this. It's 08/17/2025. Read moreI have been coming to this Aldi for quite some time and have never had an issue with customer service until today. Since calling the store directly and speaking to a manager is not an option, I am only left with the option to leave a review.
I understand times are tough and it’s hard to find people, but that doesn’t mean you need to have rude people working in the store. The cashier named Elizabeth was unbelievably rude to me today. She was very snippy and complained about me to another customer when I was trying to get my bottled water off my cart. She told the other customer that I was “dilly dallying around” and rolled her eyes at me. Then she proceeded to crumple and throw my receipt in the cart as she wheeled it away. I was just very taken back by this and find it unacceptable.
Elizabeth, I am sure working retail is tough, but you picked that job and if you’re not happy there I know there’s a lot of other places hiring. I hope you find happiness elsewhere and think twice about how you’re making...

-No shoppers available (last min notice AFTER my order was confirmed) -Open meat TWO times -Rude lady put the wrong order in my car -Open seal on a milk product -Missed items that I paid for -Mold on my strawberries
I live 25 mins away from this store so it’s a headache going back to get what I paid for. I’d rather spend the extra money that I’m spending on gas going back to the store on cub that actually has what I need and takes their time in customer service. You get what you pay for here.
