My mother and I pulled into the drive through at this location and the barista asked us what we could get started with. My mother has a speech impediment and english is not her first language, she speaks english fluently but as she was saying her order, she was cut off. As she was attempting to apologize, the staff member cut her off yet again and said “I said I will be right with you” in a non-professional tone. I’m not really one to write reviews but was very disappointed in this staff members treatment towards us. We pulled up to the window after waiting and my mother wanted to confirm that she was charged her extra dragon fruit to which the barista rolled her eyes and yelled “yes, I already confirmed that with you. We are short staffed, I cannot do this right now.” I understand the frustration of being short staffed and I myself didn’t want to hold up the line but I calmly told the barista if she could please be more patient with those who have a speech impediment and she slammed the drive thru window mid conversation and shook her head. Read moreI went in today to pick up mine and a friends order. I waited for about 15 minutes until I went up to ask where my friends drink was. They said they never got an order under that name even though I showed the the receipt and everything. They were extremely rude and said thats not enough information. There was another girl who I asked about it who was also rude and had an attitude for no apparent reason. The manager, I assume, didn't have an apron on and looked like a customer was behind the bar, answered the phone when my friend called to ask about her drink , lied and said that I walked out and that It didn't happen like how I described that at all. She told me there was nothing I could do so I got my drink and left which was completely melted when I got it (Frozen Strawberry Acai) My friend wasted her money and they refuse to do anything about it. This Starbucks has gone down hill. Ive been going here for years and this past year they constantly get orders wrong, lose orders, and have a bad attitude. They weren't very busy either. Read moreI wont be back. As a life long Starbucks customer, I have never had a drink taste as bad as the drink this Starbucks served me. This location is an absolute disgrace to the Starbucks name. Perhaps they should have waited to open until they trained their employees how to successfully make drinks. I am not extremely surprised my drink came out like garbage, I should have know by the way the drive thru person spoke that this was going to be a poor decision. When the drive thru employee cannot even properly pronounce the drink names you know you're in for problems. I'm out $5.85, but atleast I learned which location to avoid.
