This salon is very welcoming and everyone who works there is so nice, helpful and kind! I am very particular about how my nails look and Kim has done an amazing job taking her time to make sure I like the way they look. Anytime I show a picture a bunch of the workers do their best to help me find the color I’m looking for!

The only negative thing I have to say is they need to be more transparent and consistent with pricing. Inflation is real in all aspects and no one wants to be blindsided when they go to check out. When I first called and asked how much a gel fill cost I was told $55, at checkout they tried to charge $100 but the woman realized she told me $55 so that is what I was charged. I confirmed the full price for the next time and I was told again, $55. When I went back a second time they charged me $70, apparently a fill is actually $60 and to fix one nail they charge $10. both times I only got one solid color, no design I sent a bunch of my friends to the salon with them knowing the base price of a fill is $55 (what I was told) and then they left paying $75. I personally think $75 for a solid color gel fill is outrageous but i also understand this is a business.

I recently traveled to New Jersey for a trip. I went to Jenne's Nail Inc. (second time) for a gel manicure and pedicure and of course I ended up getting a massage after countless harassment to get one and because according to the nail tech "I looked tired". Nails looked okay, however I felt I was overcharged. My service I had was a gel, no chip w/ some tips.... I was charged $80 which I think a a bit steep, especially since my nail fell off not even 24 hours later. But hey....apparently I got a "$10 discount".I also did not appreciate the comments that my nails looked "cheap before". That's odd...my nails never fell off before within a day. Either way, I will never come back here again. I do not recommend this...

80$ for a fill! I asked for sharp coffin nails and this definitely isn’t that! They’re crooked, bumpy, and all shaped differently! I felt like they were rushing us out the whole time honestly as well. 3 days later I already have one that broke off and I didn’t even hit it on anything.
