Studio 360 Salon by The Warehouse Salon — Local services in Chatham Township

I recently moved to the area and so decided to try this salon out. The person I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very nice. When I got there, Brooke cut my hair. The entire time she was doing my hair, she seemed so uninterested and out of it. When she asked me what I would like and I explained, she had no reaction and that's when I started to feel a little hesitant. After washing my hair, she literally cut my hair in 4 minutes. I asked for a trim and layers and I saw her cutting only 2-3 times, not actually layering it. I was so surprised that I was done so quickly...when I went to Supercuts one time, I wasn't even done this fast. When I got up to pay, when she was charging my card, she continued to talk to her coworkers about her wedding dress and did not even pay attention to me giving her my card and when I asked her for change, she was confused as well...Then when I left her a tip (I thought it would be nice since it was my first time even though she did a horrible job), she didn't even look at me when I was giving her the tip and continued to talk to her coworkers as I said bye. I would never go here again. When I got home, my husband and friends that were over said my hair never looked so flat and boring before this (and I hadn't cut my hair in over 6 months before this). Never again. Should've went to the Supercuts next...

Caitlin made my hair change wonderful, it was few months ago, I wasn’t able to figure out the result was good enough just right after haircut done since hair styling had started before I check it. So apologies for that I couldn’t tipping in at the counter (I tipped in via online afterwards)!

Every time I go to Studio 360 Little Kathy does a wonderful job!!!!! :) First, my hair was black and I saw my gray color right away and Little Kathy highly recommended me to change the color gradually with highlights little by little. It will be a transition for yourself so I decided to do it. When she started the process of color, I liked what I saw and I trusted her with the rest.
