8/17/18 My Local Ellijay Aaron's was closed and my Account transferred to the Chatsworth Location. NOW I Wish I DID NOT HAVE an Account with Aarons! When it was with Ellijay They Knew I paid online every month when my direct deposit hit (and yes it was a few days after the due date). They KNEW not to call me in the early mornings, they were NICE and Respectful. The only time Ellijay called was when they had specials and always in the afternoon when they knew I would likely be up. I am Disabled, I do not sleep well and they kept notes to not call me in the mornings. They knew I made my payments Online. Now Chatsworth has my account and I had JUST fallen asleep after a long painful night, THREE TIMES IN A ROW, waking me up at 8 a.m. , 2 hours before they even open! !!!!! Seriously???!!! SO UNHAPPY WITH AARONS NOW. :( UPDATE 8/1818 - AARONS JUST LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. They called and woke me up AGAIN, Again very early and before their open hours, the female was rude and I just told her to Come get my refrigerator! Read moreCalled 2 weeks ago to have a defectived recliner picked up and was told it would be the following Monday here it is going into the 3rd week and have not seen nor heard from anyone, and can't seem to get them on the phone again. I got 2 at the same time so now they can pick them both up.
Update: After talking with Joe I believe this situation happened due to issues that were unavoidable and not within our control and could do nothing about the situation at that time. Joe is working on my issues with the recliners, in which I do fully understand, no matter where you purchase anything there will always be a time your going to get defective merchandise, this is one of the reasons I choose to purchase items through you, I have the assurance that I can either get them fixed or return with just a phone call, and that brings up the main reason I have been a long time customer, "The Service" and I have regained my faith back in the service and friendliness...
