Walgreens — Local services in Chatsworth

Just let me tell everyone this..... this is one worst place on earth to shop... they change price changes daily and over price..... they are all rude especially the store manager and woman who does photo.... I wouldn’t even spend one dollar there they all need to be fired.... they scream in front of customers and harassed employees. I witnessed someone quit the other day bc this coworker who does photo scream at him talk behinds his back she was one vary rude person when I try to get help. Unfortunately there was a guy who gave 5 stars and said don’t listen to anyone he’s a fake unfortunately he knows the store manager and it’s his wife.😂 same last name 😂unfortunately there is another manager his name starts with a B he is vary rude also... my Family and I was a everyday shopper but now we will no longer support this company. They are losing customers by the min! It’s every time we went in something bad always happens. They all the time get rid of the good workers and hire bad people. They got rid of one of the best shift leads ever he all the time help me in photo or all around the store he only work there for a few months 😢 I wish him luck. PLEASE CORPORATE DO NOT CONTACT ME. 9:44 AM — Not a single customer in the store, just employees. I walked to the counter and overheard a woman complaining about her medication not being ready. She told the Walgreens employee she had called yesterday about the same prescription. The employee responded, “Yes, ma’am, we still don’t have it ready.” The customer replied, “Well, I’ll call back later—and if it’s still not ready, I’m switching pharmacies.” Then she walked off.

They called me up next. Now, for context: I get these eye drops filled regularly—it usually takes five minutes, tops. I handed over my prescription, confirmed my address, and the employee stepped away. She came back and told me it would be a 45-minute wait. I stood there with my eyes watering uncontrollably—literally just came from the doctor’s office.

The point is this: if you have a pharmacy that treats you with care and respect, support them. I think this might be my last visit to this Walgreens. There’s a pharmacy in Adairsville, GA that’s a bit out of my way, but they’re always so kind and professional.

Transfer meds from another pharmacy 2 hours later was told ready to pick up when I went to pic up I was told that meds were not sent from other pharmacy yet, so I called other pharmacy and as I was on phone call walgreens were just now calling to get it transferred so they lied to me no one had made a call to make the transfer i was explained that everything was done by phone....so true story they had never made the call went by 30 min later and was lied to again she said prescription was just sent in 3 minutes ago... (lie) I was nice never said anything just "ok" comeback in another 30 min.. I have a baby and a 7 year old that are also sick in my car if it's not ready please just say that to begin...
