Subway — Restaurant in Chatsworth

This restaurant has went hired an older lady. She looks like a Goth dresser with thick eyeliner dark black hair. The problem is she new and was so rude to my daughter that has high anxiety about going into places. She told her I need to use two different cards, well she told her and she still put the wrong amount in register.of course it was going to decline it. My daughter said she was embarrassed, and when I went in she said don't be raising your voice. That store is our main place and to have a new employee not to listen to what we said and to try and put it on us that was the problem. She to old and grouchy to work there. So we went to KFC. she didn't know how to ring things up. Also we can't use two different cards plus said we couldn't get extra meatballs and sauce. You advertise extra. I placed my order online at the subway located at 920 N 3rd Ave, and had someone pick it up for me. When I got my food I realized my receipt had been put on the wrong order along with the receipt of the person who had actually ordered the food. I called the store to find out what had happened and to see if I could get the food I actually paid for. I was told by the server I talked to that the manager was in a meeting and that she didn't know what to do but that she would take my name and number and have the manage call me back. 30 minutes later I called back and was told the manager was still in the meeting, I have yet to hear from anyone from subway and it's been almost 3 hours. Going to say first off that the lady that worked there her name was Sarah was spot on doing everything by herself. Placed order for 3 foot long subs had a coupon for 3 foot longs for $17. Sarah who is thought was alone in the store went back to ask her manager. Who never bothered to come up front. Told her to tell us that that location doesn't accept those coupons. So 3 foot longs with 2 drinks and cookies cost $52. Never had any issue with this location before in fact it's the only subway we even go to.
